Nice clean rooms , Very friendly staff , the location is Perfect
Our room view was lovely
But sometimes in the middle of the night u can hear the noises from the streets

Excellent location with very convenient access to all attractions and shops right in the middle of Grand Via, the busiest streets in Madrid. 👍👍

You can go everywhere by walk. Location is almost center of Madrid. And it has very nice RoofTop. All personal is so friendly. You’ll feel yourself like you stay with your friends. I recomment the hotel for everyone.

The hotel is located in the city center, but there is no parking lot and it is very difficult to find a parking space. With a lot of luggage, it’s very troublesome to park the car and then carry everything over! Moreover, it is very noisy, inconvenient to get anywhere, the room is very small, and the hotel’s promotion is misleading!
