This hotel is a scam for the following reasons:
-1 they don’t have any reception or 24 hour front desk service. On the other hand if you call them they will not respond you. The same thing happened to me.
-2 during my booking I informed them about my late check in. In the check in day I was calling them but they didn’t reply. Once a lady picked up the phone but cut the call rudely.
-3 when I was in front of hotel in the night around 12 AM. They didn’t answer my call. After 15 minutes 1 person answered and he just told me the basic about self check in. Then he disconnected the call without proper solution and check in.
-4 it took me more than 1 and a half hours to check in after getting help from another guest.
-5 during this time I spoke to my agent Trip.com for solutions and on behalf of me the were calling them but hotel. But hotel didn’t respond to their call. And after 2 hours my agent trip.com compensate me about £25 pounds for this issue and fraud partner.
-6 room size is fine but there were no cushion. You can see that in pictures.
-7 I requested them for silent room but in the early morning I woke up from construction noise. Later on when I opened my door, I saw this hotel is under construction. If the hotel work is on going then why they give this in rent?
-8 toilet was fine
-9 I can give this hotel 1.5 out of 10. 1 is for location and 0.5 is for fair toilet.
-10- finally, all in all this hotel is a scam in trip.com. Please do not waste your money here. I don’t know why trip.com represents that type of such scammers. I am a diamond member of trip.com. If I get this kind of treatment then just imagine what will happen to you.
This hotel is liar, rude, very very bad in communication, no front desk service, no response to call, no respect towards their guests. They are totally scammers. Please avoid this hotel.

The room was impecable. Though I would like to have a little rack on the shower to place my shampoo and conditioner bottles. The bed was comfortable but I wish they had individual pillows instead of just one long noodle-like pillow. The window blinds were extremely hard to scroll up. Regarding the automatic check-in, I had to call the hostel number for them to give me the reservation number which I did not know. It took me a while to complete the check-in. They should also let the visitors know that they have to walk upstairs so light luggage is recommended here.

WARNING: WORST "HOTEL" I EVER STAYED IN
Other than location, it does not offer anything pleasant. The building, lobby and corridors are very dirty. There are buckets along the narrow corridors because of water leakage (see pic). The room is a bit dusty and the toilet is very small!! The space between the toilet bowl and the wall in front is so tiny, you have to sit sideways to po*p!!!
Upon checking out, they asked for the TV and AC remote controls which they gave me when i checked in. I left it in the room thinking that it should be handle by the maintenance, but no... the receptionist asked me to go back to my room to pick it up. Worst service ever.

Horrible. Lo peor de todo como dicen muchos es el Check in, te lo ponen en el desglose de la reserva pero no de forma clara. Que tienes que contactar con ellos antes para que te den un número para luego poder hacer el check in en una máquina que va más o menos. No hay una sola persona, el teléfono igual te lo cogen que no, al igual que el WhatsApp, por suerte a mí sí me lo resolvieron, pero telita. Y luego hablemos del estado, son instalaciones viejas, nada cuidadas, ascensor pequeño, escaleras viejas de madera, eso en instalaciones generales. Luego la habitación, al menos se veía limpia y sábanas cambiadas y toallas, en cuanto a limpieza de elementos no hay queja. El problema llega cuando están todas la paredes manchadas y da asco tocarlas o poner algo cerca, el contactor del cuadro eléctrico hacía ruido horrible, olía a humedad. Baño pequeñísimo y antiguo, con marcas claras de nada de cuidado y elementos en mal estado. Te puedes quedar una noche si, pero nada más, y según quien seguro que ni un día. Ni de broma repetiría.

No entiendo tanta reseña negativa. He pasado una noche en habitación individual y no he tenido ningún problema. El Check-in en la máquina sencillo poniendo tu número de reserva y escaneando el DNI y ya te saca la llave/tarjeta dela habitación y te indica el número de habitación en el ticket. La habitación con una cama grande para ser individual, todo limpio, toallas, enchufe, baño privado con todo y manta por si tenía frío pero la habitación no era fría. Ubicación inmejorable y la experiencia ha sido muy buena. Lo único negativo que puedo decir es que tienes que contactar con el hostal para saber el código de entrada del portal (No responden en el número de WhatsApp y tuve que llamar al teléfono), pero eso deberían indicarlo en tu reserva de manera automática el día de antes o así. Por el resto genial y muy tranquilo por la noche
