Overall, the hotel is pretty standard. Since it was newly renovated last year, all the facilities are excellent, and the staff even greet you with simple Chinese. The only minor inconvenience is the limited number of breakfast spots nearby.

This hotel is brand new, with fresh and complete facilities. The toiletries provided are very comprehensive, including shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, all fully stocked. They also offer complimentary bottled water and disposable slippers, making for a very comfortable stay.

Facilities: For the price in Spain, this hotel offers great value for money. I've stayed here twice, and both experiences were excellent. The location is fantastic, right next to El Corte Inglés, and Argüelles metro station is just around the corner. The concierge and front desk staff were all very kind and gentlemanly. The room was also spacious and comfortable. I had emailed them from China asking if they could store my luggage, and they responded very promptly. Luggage storage costs €10 per piece per day.

The location is good and convenient for getting around. The only downside was the shower design; it only had a half glass door, so water tended to splash out and wet the floor.

If the late check-out policy could be a bit more flexible, perhaps with clearer guidelines or some reasonable leeway, I believe the experience would be even more perfect. Overall, this was a very satisfying stay, your dedication is commendable, and I look forward to seeing even more thoughtful upgrades on my next visit!

A very ordinary Marriott, and the first room they gave me was incredibly small. There was also a strong smell of new renovation. Overall, it felt a bit overpriced at 1800/night 😩. The location is super convenient, and there are lots of Chinese guests. Breakfast was great 👍

This Marriott hotel is conveniently located near Plaza de España and the Royal Palace, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It's clean and hygienic, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast spread is generous. The staff speaks English and are very accommodating. We had an early train to catch, and the hotel even prepared a simple breakfast to go, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, a great experience.

Everything else was good, except for the strong smell of redecoration in the room and the inability to open the windows.
