We stayed for three nights at Goya hotel. The location is perfect for those who want to do shopping. The staff were helpful and friendly. Totally recommend.

This hotel is in a great location, close enough to the centre to be convenient for everything but also far enough away from the crowds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Nice clean rooms.

很方便，門口有地鐵站，步行幾分鐘就是名牌奢侈品店，可以步行十幾分鍾到英國宮，酒店乾淨衞生的，旁邊有間百年老店餐廳，好好吃

Love this hotel and its central location. The Staff very helpful and efficient. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet daily. Very nice, delicious options. Our room rate included breakfast. We can walk to pretty much anywhere from here. It's in the nice upscale Salamanca District of Madrid and the metro station is just outside the Hotel. We stayed 3 nights. Appreciate the help from the staff, Javier, Roberto and Juan Pablo (front office team), the Manager and Staff at their Breakfast buffet (forgot their names), Housekeepers and Turn Down team and Elizabeth bartender at the bar, who we had the pleasure of interacting 2 nights in a row. She was efficient handling a fairly good size crowd. I highly recommended this hotel.

Last minute booking, in the Goya/Salamanca district of Madrid, clean and modern , has a small pool and bar area, and late check out was granted with no issue - what more can you ask for!

Can’t beat the location for shopping, eating and dining options. Also has a subway stop right out front that provides easy access to tourist areas like Puerta del Sol etc.
Rooms were very nice and luxurious. Stayed in a family room that had bunk beds. Loved it.
