I had a wonderful experience at this hotel during my first solo trip. The staff were incredibly kind, and the room was spotless. The location is perfect — right in Gran Vía, close to everything and just steps away from a metro station. The rooftop was definitely a highlight, with a stunning view at sunset. I truly enjoyed both the hotel and my time in Madrid!

An unexpected delight in the centre of everything. Breakfast service was comprehensive, the roof top bar was not only scenic with great views but the staff were top notch professionals. The laundry service was exceptional, my only caveats were on the room lighting controls whuch baffled me and the insistence on using "apps" for pretty much everything.

Excellent location. Very nice service. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is comfortable and we were luck to get an upgrade to a room with a balcony facing Gran Via. The hotel design is avante grade whichbis a plus for those who apprexiate this architectura nstyle.

Great location at gran via. Supermarket is just 1 minute opposite hotel. A lot of shops and restaurants around. El corte engles shopping mall 2 minute away. Taxi always stops in front of hotel, and next to a metro station. Room is austria view is nice. Shower water temperature is good. Bed is comfortable. Rooftop bar is nice.
