Easy 5 star rating for customer care. I will comment mostly on the excellent & kind customer service we received from the staff; Marcia & Daisy. We did not even stay in the property but they went out of their way to help us with our booking issues with the apartment rental(Smart Atocha) across the street. For some reason, our phones failed & cannot complete the online payment process required. They even did the intro for us & then let us use their business phone to try solve the payment problem with Smart Atocha.( which will get a separate review). Briefly, we got the feeling that we were being bounced around by the Atocha staff without really getting any help. Meanwhile, Marcia & Daisy even asked the wife (who was with the luggage on the sidewalk) to come in & use their dining room so we can do lunch. Our luggage eventually got stored in their backroom while I had to rush to Atocha's Callao office in central Madrid to physically complete the check-in process. Despite the language issues, Marcia & Daisy went above & beyond to really help us & we were not even their customers. They're both definitely are great assets to Oxygen Hotel Capsule. Muchisimas Gracias! We also observed how clean & neat the dining room & reception areas are.

I definitely will recommend this experience, as a 1 or 2 nights if you are near 40 years old or more, the bed and pillow very confortable, clean bathroom and kitchen areas available to warm food, there is a fridge also. The personal is absolutely friendly and very helpful. The location is the most impressive about this place, you can walk from Atocha train station, we walked as well to Prado Museum, Retiro Park, Cibeles And Botanical Garden. I think on summer it should be very hot, as there is not enough ventilation.

Optimal. I stayed 2 nights and then added a third and I must say everything was perfect. Starting with the kindness and courtesy of Manuela who showered me with attention. All the staff were helpful and courteous. I'm no longer a kid and I had a great time, the functioning of the structure was well explained to me. Everything is kept constantly clean, the patrons are also very polite and quiet. From what I read elsewhere about some criticisms, it is true that there are not many bathrooms but I have never had any problems with always finding them free. Even the capsules are not as noisy as some describe, it all depends on the guests although obviously everything can be improved.

Curious experience since I had not been to this type of hostel in my life, and as soon as I look at the capsule inside, I am impressed by how well equipped it is in the small space it has and it is very comfortable. The girls who serve are super nice, they advise you at all times and are very friendly. The worst thing I would say is that you can hear everything from inside, they are not soundproof. It also has its common area, not only bathrooms, but also a refrigerator, microwave and table to eat, next to the lockers.
