The hotel's location and staff service were excellent. It was very convenient to get to the palace, old town, and various restaurants. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including Chinese, Japanese, Western cuisine, as well as many pubs and cafes. A department store is just a 5-minute walk away for shopping. The hotel facilities are very automated and new. However, the space layout is a bit impractical: the bathroom door blocks the toilet door from opening fully, and the wardrobe is completely open-concept with only one shelf, a single hanging rod, and two drawers. One of the drawers is mostly taken up by the safe. Long coats and dresses cannot be hung vertically. I suggest the hotel move the ironing board from the hanging area to the bathroom, as it currently takes up valuable hanging space. The bar and terrace are fantastic, with great space and location. You can enjoy beautiful Madrid sunsets and evening glow from there.

Housekeeping staff just thrown away all items put onto the table. Highly recommend to bring in enough sticker labels to indicate what is to be retained to gauge the housekeeping staff.

The hotel is ideally located for tourists. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable especially the customer experience staff who helped us to find a good restaurant for our dinner for the first day.

Right in the middle of town, within 25 mins walk of Sol, Major, Mercado Miguel, Palace, Melasana, Chueca, Prado, Retro etc. Rooms not big but comfy. Cute rooftop pool, nice gym.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. A bit hard to find the hotel parking lot but it is okay. The hotel room is nice size even for a standard room. The staff is friendly and helpful. Worth to stay and will definitely come back.
