Four Points Flex by Sheraton Madrid Atocha

Really good place to stay. Hotel staff cannot speak and understand English, but they are very helpful. Breakfast is also great.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the stunning rooftop view it was absolutely beautiful and added a special touch to our experience. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great for short stays and good value for money. Short stroll to Mendez Alvaro Metro to connect to Sol (centre of Madrid in 20mins) so very convenient. Awesome hot shower. Being a budget hotel, don't expect slippers, fridge, kettle or even glasses. Grab them yourself downstairs.

We arrived early before the check in time. We are not expecting for them to accommodate us, we just want to leave our luggage (as advertise, they allow for baggage dropping). However, the receptionist was the one who insisted for us to wait a little as the room is already available but needs to be cleaned first. So we waited, and as we enter the room everything is tidy, not until we lifted the pillows and found some crisps crumbs under the pillows. It was really upsetting that this is how they “clean” the room. Just making it presentable. We even don’t know if the beddings were changed since the crumbs from the last guest were still present.
