Hoteles Porcel Properties in Madrid

During my recent stay at a hotel, I wanted to share a brief review. The location of the hotel was excellent (5/5), providing convenient access to the subway, although it was a bit noisy at night. The service from the staff was outstanding (5/5), as they were attentive and friendly. In terms of cleanliness, it was generally good (4/5), but improvements were needed in areas such as bathrooms. Additionally, I encountered difficulty closing the windows and blinds, which was a minor inconvenience. As for amenities, they were generally satisfactory (4/5), positively impacting the overall experience.

Hotel room decent size, but it was twin beds pushed together.The hotel was quiet and bed decent. I didn't get breakfast So I can't comment on that. I had to go out and buy toothpaste and shampoo (but later realised that the mostly empty body wash was hair and body combined. Room was warm with Air com. Decent hotel. My only complaint was that when I went to book more nights, compared to online, they were going to charge me a lot more, So I chose to go elsewhere.
