訂了兩晚酒店，晚上21點到達酒店才被告知，因為近期地震，消防部門禁止酒店使用供氧設備和電梯，這個我可以理解，但我不能理解的是，酒店為何不提前通知客人？下午18點前我是可以免費取消預訂的，為何一直不告知？我老婆因為有輕微高反，才預訂的這家瀰漫式供氧的酒店，4300的海拔，停止供氧是否應該提前通知客人讓客人選擇？退一步説，這個價格是包含供氧和電梯服務的，沒有這兩個服務，酒店是否應該提供瓶裝氧氣和搬運行李服務？

在瑪朵算是最好的酒店了，衝著供氧才去的，晚上九點才開始彌散式供氧。總體還不錯。能在海拔四千三的瑪多住一晚也是要很大勇氣的。

黃河源酒店為全供氧酒店，在高海撥地區有這樣一個酒店也不錯了，酒店的房間乾淨，供氧足，吃飯方便，酒店裡就有吃飯的地方，而且價格合理。酒店有自己的地下停車場，停車也比較方便，衹是由於地震，電梯沒有開放，但酒店服務員可以幫助拿行李。

酒店太差了，攜程掙錢也不顧消費者權益，衹是胡亂推薦。國慶2號入店沒有水，不能上廁所，不能喝水。房間電話更本就是虛設，毛巾和浴巾都是用過的，卷在一起放到架子上的。用手機打電話説是上水，早晨才有很少的水洗臉，都是客人買水喝。房間沒有茶几，在攜程上看到標間床寬1.35米，實際上衹有1.1米，沒有電梯，早餐很一般，管理也不到位，一切都在造假。房間充氧機是壞的。地下停車場沒有人管理，客人都亂糟糟，最後弄清楚是自己從前台拿鑰匙開門，前台服務人員業務能力差，要等很長時間。是一次很差的入住，價格和質量不對等。
