Toilet seems dirty, toilet bowl doesn't seem to be scrubbed, likewise for bath tub.

The hotel provided used slippers, which was completely unacceptable. The location was also very inconvenient and far from everything.

We just got back from a family trip after a long time. The beautiful night view and nature, exactly as pictured, along with the bonfire service made possible by the staff, were the three main positives. However, aside from these, there were many drawbacks. First off, all the sofas and furniture were covered in hair and dust, just like in the photos. Although it was a two-story villa, having the refrigerator only on the second floor was very inconvenient. Also, there was only one small trash can in the bathroom, which was genuinely annoying. Since we drove ourselves, we didn't experience any issues with transportation. The scenery, both day and night, was different yet beautiful, like being in a forest.

I couldn't sleep past 8:30 AM. It sounded like they were renovating the hotel rooms above me; the walking noise was very disruptive and made the whole room vibrate.
