We were looking forward to staying here so much, it was the most expensive place we stayed in at £149 for the night, unfortunately it was extremely disappointing first we were kept waiting 40 minutes in the blazing heat for a driver, we had to phone twice to ask how much longer we would have to wait, we were then kept waiting another 40 minutes to check in despite us asking for early check in. We eventually got to the room which was very dusty on both bedside tables and around the headboards, the deciding factor to us booking here was the outdoor bath unfortunate we had to clean it before using it then the water was only tepid so it was no good. The staff were absolutely lovely here if attention was paid to cleaning and the bath had hot water it would have been nice, I would not stay here again despite the lovely staff and stunning views.

Wow what an incredible place. Up higher in the mountains, the view is so stunning. The staff here really goes above and beyond. Extremely helpful and friendly. Premium customer service! You can get a massage in your room. Each room has its own private pool. The food was amazing. Everything i ate here was great quality. Definitely recommend and would certainly come back!

From the moment we arrived at Vianna Villas in Chiang Mai, we knew we had chosen the perfect place to stay. The first thing that impressed us was the peaceful, beautifully landscaped setting, it felt like a private oasis just minutes from the heart of the city. The villa itself was spacious, modern, and super clean, with tasteful décor that made every corner feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring temples and local markets. We especially loved having our own private pool, it was refreshing to take a dip any time of day! The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations or requests. They made check-in smooth and gave excellent tips for nearby cafés and attractions, which really enhanced our trip. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh ingredients and a great variety to choose from. The location was convenient, tucked away in a quiet area but still close enough to local restaurants, shops, and the Old City. Overall, Vianna Villas made our Chiang Mai holiday extra special. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and a touch of luxury in a beautiful setting.

Amazing villas, clean and spacious with every little detail thought of. You feel so secluded, it is very peaceful and having a bath in the morning before the sun creeps around was the perfect time to try it! Staff were so attentive and the food tasted unbelievable. During our stay, we had the BBQ set, lamb moo Tod, braised pork curry amongst others and everything was so moreish. The best garlic rice I’ve ever eaten too! The waterfall is worth a visit too, 100 baht per person and a nice ‘village’ vibe there with smoothies, pizza and various shaded seating areas.
