Best in Chiang Mai, really love the design of this hotel. Everything is just perfect except the pool is a bit small, the spa should be better and more spacious than expected.The room is very big and we stayed in the 3rd floor and feels the celling is even higher, and also the balcony is awesome!
Overall a very beautiful hotel with excellent service.

Super excellent experience for the hotel and every staff we met, nice people always having smile and professional, especially shows teamwork spirit in preparing and executing the New Year’s Eve countdown party, also the massage . We will come back to Raya Heritage Hotel for our next Chiang Mai trip.

Amazing property with top-notch hospitality service, staffs were very well trained. Room was super comfortable and nicely designed, especially bed sheet was very smooth. Breakfast had a great options and really good quality, had lunch and dinner as well, foods were very delicious. I really love hotel design and concept, definitely going back to this place!

The service was so great as well as the dinner and breakfast were so delicious. The hygiene of room was excellent. We felt so relaxing during to the warm setting in room and enthusiasm from staffs
