Although I mistakenly booked the stay for the same day while making the reservation in the evening — meaning the check-in time had already passed by about four hours and I am quite far away in PAI (leaving next day to Mae RIM). Since it was a non-refundable, no-show booking, I initially thought I had lost it.
However, Paul, the reception manager, reached out by email to ask what time I would be arriving. I explained my mistake, letting him know I had meant to book for the following day. To my surprise and gratitude, they kindly adjusted my reservation at no extra charge.
The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and filled with tranquil natural sounds. The cleanliness was outstanding.
The huts are very nice. The toilet and shower were stylish, modern, and spotless. I had a very comfortable stay, and the breakfast was of excellent quality.

Absolutely amazing! Monoceros Resort feels like a paradise. Cabins in the jungle, all hours swimming pool, a delicious restaurant with vegan options, free bicycles to borrow... Paul and Orm and the staff are super nice and we also met friendly travellers here. It's in a beautiful area near Mae Rim, next to a waterfall and a gorgeous botanic garden. We extended our stay because we loved it so much!

Resort 打理得很清潔，有個大泳池可以游泳。早晚餐好味道。共有十間木屋，很有特色。平價之選，非常低住。Resort主人好有heart, good service,可代安排接送。

이 호텔 정말 너무너무 힐링되는 곳이에요.
주변에 산책로도 너무 좋고, 주인 커플도 아주 친절하십니다.
레스토랑 식당의 음식도 최고..
러이끄라통 축제 기간이라서
치앙마이 호텔 잡는데 실패했어요.
차선책으로 선택한 매림의 호텔이 진심 초초초 대박입니다.
객실 10개 미만의 작은 리조트인데, 촘촘하고 감동적이고 절로 힐링이 되는 숙소입니다.
수영장도 산책로도 객실도 정말 최고였어요.
오후에 수영을 하고 쉬다가 저녁을 먹으러 식당으로 가려고 하는데 비가 내리는 거에요.
그런데 베란다 의자 위에 놓여진 우산 두자루를 보고 감동했어요.
저녁식사도 너무 좋았고, 러이끄라통 날이라고 준비해주신 풍등을 스탭과 함께 날렸어요. 그것도 아주 특별한 경험으로 남았습니다.
꼭 다시 오고 싶은 곳이에요.

An oasis near Chiang Mai
