If you choose the six-bed dormitory, you will feel comfortable and protected. The room has air conditioning and on cloudy days you can make it feel cozy. My overall impression is that it's a down to earth place. With good food, easy going staff and an eye for decor. The yoga classes with Sōfi are amazing. And even on a cloudy day there is something to do because of the variety of rooms. The space is cozy and comfortable. And the investment in the six-bed dorm really pays off. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s stylish and relaxed and the staff are attentive and very friendly. The only drawback was the location of my room near where deliveries were made and the staff took trash out the hotel. These activities are obviously necessary, but they were loud and we found them to be disruptive of the peaceful atmosphere. Also, we decided to treat ourselves to a bottle of champagne from the mini bar, but found it was oxidized (probably not stored properly) We did enjoy a fantastic couples massage and a nighttime swim in the heated saltwater pool. We also took in a sunset and moon rise at the nearby beach which we had all to ourselves. Very romantic! We enjoyed the breakfast as well. The buffet was sublime - it offered every you could imagine and more! Highly recommend this hotel!

Yes, the resort is beautiful but the basic rooms are small and only some have ocean views. The bathroom area is tiny and there is no counter space. There are also no qtips, cotton pads or slippers and the shower door leaks. However, the soap, shampoo and body lotion that are provided smell very nice. Also the rooms that are off of the main building are surrounded by hedges and trees and I noticed a few bugs in my room perhaps because of this natural environment. The safe in the room was not connected to anything so we had to keep our valuables with us at all times. The beds were comfortable and the food at breakfast was delicious however the restaurant is expensive and the wine list unnecessarily so; you're better off eating at one of the nice local spots in town. The gym was also surprisingly minimal and lacking in equipment especially considering this is a ”wellness” resort. Also frustrating was that the pool wasn't heated and the deck area, though pretty, was very windy. You also have to walk through the restaurant in order to get to the pool which just seems odd. The staff were friendly and the yoga instructor was great. I also found the manager, Mafalda, was helpful in making reservations for where to eat in town and which beaches to check out. Overall the hotel is pricey for what it is. It is also not in Ericeira but is a 15 minute drive north of the town. There are only 10 parking spots at the hotel, otherwise you have to park up a hill off the property.

A beautiful hotel in a wonderful location on the seafront in Ericeira Traditional style 4* hotel with car parking overlooking the beach. Our room was clean & comfortable with a sea view from the window ( no balcony) and very quiet even though the hotel was quite busy. The only sound we could hear was the waves. There was plenty of choice at breakfast - although it took a little time to replenish things that had run out- but the food was good quality and well cooked. Reception staff were pleasant and cheerful. Hope we can go back for longer next time !

This is one of the best hostels in Ericeira, the view is wonderful, there are many activities such as Skateboarding, Surfing, Yoga, Snooker, PlayStation and much more, well located close to Praia do Sul, very clean and cozy rooms with a very good breakfast. Tasty
