We found this resort really outstanding incl Room, surrounding, pool and of-course the overall service.
Everything seems out of world. Check-in handling by Sameer and the night DJ by Bunty finished just now was excellent

The place is so amazing with the pristine beach and torquoise sea water. The water villa was so relaxing and comfortable for an accommocation. The staff were so courteous and readily available to serve you from Noona the hotel concierge to the waiter in the restaurant where you are being pampered.

Ignore all negative reviews. This is the perfect resort, beautiful and natural, not ostentatious. Wonderful peaceful surroundings and attended to by the best staff, Irshad, Rafiq, Monica, too many to name (only criticism is that staff don’t have name badges so hard to remember all the names). Plenty to do here, pool, table tennis, volleyball, darts, line fishing, feeding sharks and a wide array of watersports arranged by Ali , an expert in his field. We have returned home completely recharged and relaxed. We can’t wait to come back to medhufushi. Thank you!

Staff on arrival and throughout the entire stay have been amazing and very helpful so courteous. Beach Villa rooms are beautiful, cleaned each day and well kept restocked every day. The surrounding areas on the island are like paradise, beautiful water and scenery. Food was delicious every day and plenty of choice for all. Excursions available are entertaining and informative, special shout out to the guide on each trip who was brilliant every time we ventured out with him. Sherif in dining room was always on hand for any of our requests. Overall it was a fantastic holiday and experience cannot recommend enough.

We had a wonderful stay in the resort. The staff were lovely, food was very tasty (yes lots of curries but this didn’t bother us and we found lots of different choices every day!). We went all inclusive so did the snorkelling twice (equipment is charged), we also did the island hopping. We paid for the shark watch and dolphin watch, which we both really enjoyed! We also snorkelled off the beach and saw plenty of fish. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Medhufushi, we really relaxed for the first time in ages and would highly recommend it! We went without high expectations after reading negative reviews and I’m glad we ignored the reviews because for us it was paradise and we will definitely be going back!

Great place value for money, don’t expect to come here for 5 star resort experience. Pros: free snorkeling excursions every day Line fishing/ island hopping excursions included for all inclusive 5+ nights Friendly staff Reasonably priced spa Decent sized room, comfortable bed Cons: Limited time for breakfast, lunch, dinner Buffet is okay No fresh orange juice nor latte If you are scared of insects, the outdoor shower can be troubling

Resort is good and cleanliness is good but staff at reception is pathetic and unmannered. They are so rigid and totally puppets. They always want fresh and new currency for payment. They make you sit at reception for hours to solve a single issue. They are really unprofessional and arrogant. Be aware with front desk people they there to spoil your holiday 💯

As others have said it’s not an all inclusive resort a very limited cocktail list with most drinks chargeable. The restaurant food has very limited choice if you don’t eat curry, 6 varieties one evening curry served breakfast lunch and dinner, it is an open buffet self serving with people handling the food, if your late to the sitting standards of appearance very off putting. I would recommend taking your own toiletries as those supplied are less than standard. That said the staff do the best they can our thanks go to Ali who looked after our room, Sajed our waiter. the free snorkelling trip was excellent. There is no training there you need to go able to swim/snorkel. The landscaping was really amazing and the paths kept clean by the ladies daily. This won’t be a resort we will be returning to.

Всем привет, почему пишу что отзыв для Русских? Потому что много негатива из-за расхождения картинки и стоимости, но вы должны понимать, что реалии теперь именно такие, 500 тыс за неделю 5 лет назад и сейчас это разные вещи и по другому уже не будет. Ожидать люкс вип первого класа за эти деньги на мальдивах не стоит, снизьте свои ожидания и наслаждайтесь, ибо нам очень понравилось. А сейчас поподробнее Об отеле - старый отель, конечно требует ремонта, но при этом все чисто, убрано, присмотрено, много обслуги, все для отдыхающих. Где бы ты ни находился просишь тебе принести коктейль или кокос тебе принесут, если надо убраться спросят во сколько будет удобно, пуская в 8 утра или 8 вечера придут уберут. Улыбчивые все, и постоянно подходят заботливо интересуясь не принести ли вам еще чего. Когда то конечно это был шик с 5 звездами но сейчас тк отелю уже около 20 лет думаю с натягом 4ка но за уровень сервиса она держится. Еда и бар - разнообразия не много но все вкусно, рыба, курица, говядина, овощи, 3 вида салатов, 4 вида пасты, вкусные сыры, 8-10 блюд для вегетарианцев, и да видел отзывы о том, что очень остро все, подходя к повару скажите нот спайси и будет не остро! Фрукты - папайя, арбуз, ананас, грейфрут, яблоки, виноград, драгон фрукт и чтото местное кислое с косточками. На ужин в разные дни - красная рыба, суши, тунец, стейки из говядины, пироги, пиццы. Наш фаворит был башмаши - тунец с кокосом. Я брал оллинклюзив по этому алкоголь по меню, водка, виски, коктейлей десяток, пиво 5 видов, вино и два вида мартини. Так же один из ужинов заказал ужин на пляже с лобстерами, 210 долларов и у вас будет 4 здоровенных Лобстера и "молекулярная" кухня, собственно было вкусно. Океан и песок - видел отзывы про траву и то что негде купаться, мы были с женой 7 дней, был большой отлив так что вода ушла метров на 30 от берега и прилив когда не было видно вода доходила до берега, так вот да из океана прибило водоросли но в течении дня все убрали, прошла бригада человек 6, да и вообще каждое утро день и вечер вокруг острова ходили убирали мусор прибившийся с океана, подметали перед виллами, собирали кокосы (кстате когда собирают кокосы можете подойти попросить вам пару тройку бесплатно нарежут), убирали дорожки и поливали растения. Не забывайте вы на острове в индийском океане тут такая природа! Купаться - опять же кто-то писал что негде купаться, есть 4 варианта развития событий, основной это бассейн, но все же все едут в Индийский океан по этому можно пойти на песчаную косу у водных вилл но там в зависимости от прилива и отлива можно нормально зайти и по грудь искупаться в чистой и теплой воде, было так, что в отлив идти далеко и не комфортно по травянистому дну, а в один день в прилив было очень сильное течение так что не реально было выйти. Третий вариант это снорклинг, он бесплатный но нужны маска и ласты, у нас было все ссобой, можно на катере поехать на не большие рифы и 2 часа поплавать. Ну и последний вариант это искупаться у номеров тут все зависит
