Western Motel

Clean the walls and baseboard in the bathroom because it was so dusty and dirty like for years of not cleanness. At least two pillows person on the bed instead of just two pillows totaled on one bed.

It was okay. The lady at the front desk came outside as we were unloading our car. She kept wandering around, staring at me & my 2 young sons. I thought perhaps she was looking out for us, but it just felt quite odd. I felt very uncomfortable. The room was also dingy, felt dirty & had such a small amount of coffee I couldn’t make a single cup. There was also very tiny bottle of very cheap shampoo that wasn’t enough for the kids & I. Overall it was a pretty unpleasant experience.

I stayed here because i had orientation in this area for a job, which i stay a hour and 15 mins away. I was looking for something kinda cheap but also comfortable. When i first walked into the room i immediately noticed the bed look like someone had been sitting on it, the mirror was dirty, the floor boards where dirty, toilet seats need to be replaced because they look old and stanged, with seeing all that i was wondering if the bedding was even cleaned. I wasn’t comfortable at all. It needs a deep cleaning, the walls need to be cleaned, they where dirty and dusty. This company should invest in their business and get some professional cleaners and remodeling and upgrading done. The owner is nice. I guess it’s okay for a quick and one day only stay due to the pricing, but otherwise i wouldna stayed.

The hotel was clean and tidy with nice beautiful ambiance and has many options of restaurants.Kagan serves Indian food which is amazing and my favorite.The experience of spa was relaxing and soothing with a well -trained masseus..cant recollect her name.Special thanks to Christy for making our slot ailable for coples massage at last minute request.Spa Manager Archana was polite and accomodatve. Thanks for the staff for making our stay memorable and kind corporation from Megha for giving her maximum efforts to go things smooth.

When we first saw it we were sketchy but asked to see the room and it was fine! Nice lady!

Check in is slower than needed

It’s not that bad. It has old smell to the room. It’s outdated that needs to be upgrade. Pillow smelled like old sweat.
