Stay was good. It was like good relaxation therapy in the nature. We could see the elephant head point from our garden facing room, the hotel has also organised fun activities in which we participated and had a good time.

Concerns
1) there is no lift in the entire premise, even to the residential rooms!
2) food is over priced and the taste is average. 3) in dinner and breakfast buffet, timings are not followed. All items were not ready even after 30 mins of start time. 4) the buffet menu which was shown was incorrect. No coordination among-st the restaurant staff members, no one told us that starter and chat counter was out side, hence we missed it. 5) hot water started coming in bathroom after 15 mins of opening the tap, leading to massive wastage of water. Good points
1) staff and room service was polite and good. The rooms were clean.

It is not a 5 star resort
cleanliness is the big point which was not there at all. There should be a good option in the breakfast which was not there. Games zone was chargeable basis which should be free as per the five star resort. Lock and key was a ***ual it was not automatic. Non veg facilities not available. Overall this resort should be three star resort. It is not a 5 star property.

This place is situated at old mahabaleshwar which makes it more beautiful. Weather and view in old mahabaleshwar is much better n beautiful. Staff at this resort is very cooperative. Food was bit expensive but quality and taste was good. Activities were good. If you are going with family you can enjoy the club as well. Infant play area was also good.

Right from the check in, we had good experience. They served hot strawberry tea on arrival, which was good. We stayed at maharaja suite, which really gave us the feeling of maharaja’s. Room is huge having area of 560 sq feet. It has bigger balcony, huge bath tub, 1 dining table, 2 coffee tables. Regarding the staff, they are polite and quick in service. House keeping staff, restaurant staff is also cooperative. Property is well maintained, having beautiful view/spots for taking photographs. Food was delicious, specially their thali. Overall, wonderful experience.
