Property and ambiance is good, staff are very hospitable and helpful, food is average, breakfast was not really very good. Also with what the room packages are priced, the breakfast spread needs to be much improved.

Location is good but the service and the upkeep of the property is bad. We stayed in the cottage which is their best room and i could see webs and dust all over. Food is decent but the service is very slow. No attention to details. You order something and the wait forever. Staff is not quick and they are not attentive. My room lock malfunctioned as well. Over all not at all value for money from any aspect

Close to wilson point. Very nice property and good service. Rates are premium. Lawn, the statues, cleanliness is praise worthy.

We liked the food. The ala carte services could have been faster during lunch. Buffet dinner and lunch had good spread and were delicious too. Staff were polite and the services were good. The resort location is perfect as it is in central mahabaleshwar but very quiet.

We booked 2 rooms when we checked in 1 room light was flickering and the toilet flush was broken. In the 2nd room there was a foul smell of urine near the bed as the room was not clean before checking in. Stay experience was below average not worth the tariff.

Property and food were good but they have to work on service. Resorts having *** power issues which resulted to huge delay in service.
