There is no provision of even a cup of tea in the hotel complex. No wifi. No attendent. Room is of good size and clean. There is a pond of dirty water behind the hotel. Approach is muddy

Unhygienic, poor service, bad location and worms are roaming in bed. Very bad experience. Breakfast paid option we jave selected but they are not willing to give breakfast after so ***y calls they gave unhygienic breakfast. Waste of money

The hotel is under construction, no proper parking. Toiletries towel are not provided. No remote for ac. Only one attender for everything, who doesn't know tamil, where i know only tamil and english.

1. Wc flush was not working. Even the connecting pipe missing. Room allocated even 2. Carrying out basic checks by housekeeping
3. Only 1 towel was provided for 2 guests. We had to haggle for the 2nd. 4. No cups, tea bags etc were provided. Again have to haggle for tumbler which were plastic. 5. Hotel is not worth rating as in your portal
6. Chair provided in room was broken except room size and location nothing was good.

neat and clean hotel with big spacious rooms. the ***ager and other staff were very helpful. very near to the tourist attractions and the beach as well.. rooms are with an attached balcony which is a big plus in this price range.
