Property location and environment were pretty good. Food quality needs to be improved and rooms need to be a little cleaner. Otherwise a great option for family stay.

The stay was very good and comfortable but the room allotted had mosquitoes but were later taken care of. The kids play area needs improvement and maintenance. The pvt beach was a plus point but it would be great if they can provide nice and clean beach chairs. Great stay.

Leisure family trip. Hotel property is huge with golf course and private beach. Beach was clean and attended by security all the time. Pool was clean although lot of chlorine that will burn your eyes. Room was spacious, comfortable and astheticly designed. Breakfast was good, spread could be increased but they should extend the timming. Lot of mosquitos in the room, swimming pool area and beach. That place requires defogging on daily basis.

We had stayed here 2 yrs back and the service was good. This time it was horrible. I had put in a request for early check in as we were travel-ling with a 2 yr kid but that didn't happen even though the hotel was empty. They are completely understaffed and evening snacks nothing was available what's mentioned on the menu. Having a beautiful property with such bad service and charging so much even the a/c wasn't functioning properly. I will not recommend it for anyone.

The stay was pathetic. I had booked ocean view room, but they gave me a room with a view of coconut trees just outside the room window. On complaining, they tell that this is the only room available with them. After speaking to them several times, they allotted a different room.

Food highly expensive, can't eat anything within hotel restaurant, charges are 4 times higher, amenities are ok, property is full of frogs and insects, rooms are full of frogs and mosquitoes, bad smelling rooms, humid everywhere, old bedsheets, no electric kettle or tea or coffee given, have to ask for it multiple times
