The stay was disappointing. Breakfast section was a mess. House keeping was average. There weren’t enough napkins and face towels in the room. Food was consistently below average. The pool that was by the sea was poorly kept. For the experience and amenities they offer the hotel is terribly overpriced. It was more like a 3-star resort and not 5-star like advertised

It is really a good resort in the heart of city where you can visit all the famous heritage sites within the vicinity of 3 km
Food taste is really good in the in house restaurants, spa facilities are really good
Pool view chalets are also very spacious though are basic category
just outside the room there was large pool and you can enjoy and relax just outside
Overall a very good experience for all age groups families and couples

The former Govt. owned ‘ITDC Hotel’ which was bought by GRT group and renovated to modern standards over 2 decades ago and now being run by the Radisson Group for the past 8 years or so.
The rooms, facilities, etc. are all beginning to show its age, especially when compared with the newer ‘InterContinental Resort’ and ‘Sheraton Resort’
The service at Radisson Temple Bay is also a mixed bag, a lot of the staff need to be probably retrained better (housekeeping, etc.)
The food and service otherwise at both their restaurants ‘Wharf’ (by the sea-side which is a must try) and their Coffee Shoo ‘Waters Edge’ are both good.

Fabulous resort on the Ocean. Facility was fantastic. The staff did everything they could to accommodate me including planning sight seeing trips around Mamallapuram and Puducherry with a driver. Room was kept very clean by Arghya. Buffet style food was excellent. I highly recommend.

I was on a group tour and when I first heard "Radisson", I thought OK, it'll be nice. I was blown away when I got there! The section we were in was a two story structure with two units on each level, with porches with chairs. We weren't beachfront but we could see and hear the ocean from our porch and the beach was a short walk from our rooms. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the whole environment was calm and peaceful. It was a large resort but a quick call to the front desk would fetch a golf cart to take us to the main building and onsite restaurant. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff friendly and attentive. While I'm not much of a shopper, my friends found some very nice stores in the main building. I'm accustomed to staying at much less luxurious hotels in India. This was a very pleasant treat!

Our stay was very nice and comfortable. Room no 24. Sea view room . Room was beautiful. Special thanks Mr. Avijit, cleaned our room very nicely. Also stay was very good. Food, buggy, restaurant, are good. But highly recommended Avijit. Great effort.

Arghya looked after us so caring good profession tku and if course the hotel is Ala Grand .. tku GM and all staff.. Spa treatment was out if this world too.. tku Alnit.. Best wishes. Meherangez Mistry 13.5.24. The Buffets are so well thought of and Swimming pool and Beach just wonder the full 😄

Stayed here room no 27 good view . Room was very decorated . Our room attandent Avijit was very Nice . Did very Nice Job. Our stay had very comfortable and very Nice . Surrounding area was very cleaned. Swimming pools very big. Food to good. Thanks.

Had a great time with friends coming back soon for more ! The rooms and location of the property were great and the food and service was top notch. Quality of water in the pools is amazing too
