My stay at Caribbean World Mahdia Hotel was very disappointing. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. The food options were extremely limited, consisting mainly of turkey and French fries, with very little variety. The hotel clinic was closed, which is concerning in the event of an emergency. The rooms were dirty, the safe was broken, the air-conditioning controls did not work, and the curtains were also damaged. In addition, the hotel reception area was not air-conditioned, making the wait very uncomfortable, especially in the hot weather. The hotel urgently needs to improve its cleanliness, food quality and variety, facilities, air conditioning, and the overall standard of service provided to guests.

1/ A very capable boy at the beach bar ("Melk"). He speaks very good English and French. He has a technical education (IT), he is interested in acoustics. So you can converse not only about the beauties of Tunis but also about low-voltage technology. It is his first job, so he does not speak Czech yet .-). 2/ Clean toilets in the area. The staff cleans them regularly and replenishes toilet paper. I admire the staff! 3/ If you are not a fan of animation programs (like us), I recommend a room without a sea view. Calming view of the garden with palm trees. Great work of the gardeners! The noise from the animation programs is shielded by the buildings. 4/ There were problems with WiFi during our stay, but they are working on fixing it... ...by the end of our stay, WiFi was also available in the room in block A. No problem for me, no data = no messages = no stress :-). And the kids don't spend time on their phones, they spend time on the beach!

Všechno je tu skvělé, líbí se nám v hotelu a veškerý personál. jediná věc je, že fotograf si nás fotil bez povolení a to se nám moc nelíbí. Everything is great here, we like the hotel and all the staff. The only thing is that the photographer took pictures of us without permission and we don't like that very much.

The girls and boys from the animation team are golden, as well as the staff from the lobby bar. Thanks a lot!

It was a typical 4-star hotel—nothing spectacular, but solid. The food selection wasn't huge, though I thought it was tasty and always found something I liked ☺️. Despite that, it was the best vacation ever! There were plenty of activities for kids. If you’re a positive, energetic person who loves staying active—I highly recommend it! I met amazing people! The entertainment team was the best I’ve ever seen! If a problem arises (like the sun allergy I developed), you just have to let someone know, and they’ll arrange a taxi, etc. I actually teared up saying goodbye to them when I left! I’ll definitely be back!
