Very please to have stayed at the Hotel a second time in two years. It just gets better and better as we appreciate more about the resort the longer we stay. Defo going back again.

The Four Seasons Resort is as good as ever and I am very satisfied. Rustom at the front desk is kind, enthusiastic and understanding, and Angela, Sharon and Tracy at the lakeside restaurant are affable and smart. When I went to have lunch, the restaurant was empty. Angela and Sharon told me seriously that they were sorry, but the restaurant was closed and would reopen next year. I was a little confused. It didn’t look like it. The front desk told me that there was lunch, and the Buggy driver When they took me to the restaurant, they didn't say it was closed. The two beauties continued to fool me and said, "They don't know very well." When I was doubtful, they finally laughed and said, "we're just kidding you," and then took a seat and ordered. The meal was very delicious. It should be the most satisfying dish I have eaten in the Seychelles. It was a very interesting and great experience. When I checked out, I saw that the lunch was not charged, so I specifically reminded Rustom, and he told me it was free. It was a very interesting experience. Hill top villa, the scenery is great, especially the sunset, although it was cloudy when I stayed, and it was raining, but it was not too affected, the staff are super great and helpfull, perfect stay.

Where do I start… The Seychelles is one of the most beautiful places to visit with its beautiful waters from the Indian Ocean and its beaches. The Four Seasons has one of the best locations on the Island without question. I've visited several Four Seasons Resorts now over the past few years, and this one did not disappoint. The brand has mastered the art of providing a wonderful guest experience. The Staff here are truly amazing, I can't tell you just how nice and friendly they are. Management are clearly driven by making your stay into something to remember. A true test of this is if you do have a problem, they move heaven and earth to deal with it. The restaurants are excellent. Steak Shak is certainly worth a visit and the Indian food they have introduced at one of the bars is very good, but for me, the best night was Creole night. The food, drink and traditional dancers made the evening something special. Buggy’s take you around the resort and there are always plenty at hand, so almost no waiting. The Beach put simply is Heaven. White soft sand, and crystal clear water combined with a clear blue sky make you feel you couldn’t be anywhere better in the world to relax. The Staff are the star of the show. They are so friendly and helpful. You feel relaxed and comfortable. There is nothing I can add that’s a negative, my only advice is to be mindful that there are a few villas (only a few) with a large number of stairs to the room. I would avoid these if you have a health condition that limits your mobility. You may also want a pool that’s exposed to the sun, as they are not heated. If they are covered in the shade the water temperature can be a little cool. However, my experience is if you contact the resort beforehand, they will do everything they can to accommodate you.

I travel extensively since almost 30 years, and seldomly come back to the same hotel twice. This is one of the rare exception to that, because I’ve really enjoyed 4S Seychelles the first time I visited it in 2015. This time, although the stay is still quite nice, there is something missing … For my second stay at 4S Seychelles, I choose a hilltop ocean view villa and the view over the bay Petite Anse is really stunning. The villa is well equipped, well maintained, I do not see that it’s getting older after 10 years. The 3 restaurants are quite OK, serving good food. Breakfast is great, even better than 10 years before, as far as I can remember. Spa is also fine. There is some complacency in the aquatic activities. When I was there, the 2 pedal boats were both broken and there are no snorkeling masks with corrected lens (when I was at 4S Landaa Giraavaru, they do have them, so it misled me in thinking it is the case also at 4S Seychelles). Beach service is still also not so present (same as the last time). But what is really missing to me is this so particular feeling that last time 4S Seychelles succeeded to convey in making me feel at home and cared for. This time the staff is still nice but definitely more impersonal. I felt like I am a mundane guest at a Hyatt or Marriott, not a 4S guest. May be because 4S Seychelles has grown too big, too “industrial” and has lost its soul ? One more thing, I do miss my “old friend”, a cute katiti which used to visit the spa terrace :-(

Absolute 10/10 stay here at four seasons. My wife and I just returned from our honeymoon and four seasons was by far our favorite resort. While it is expensive we completely felt like the price met our expectations and the service provided by the hotel. They upgraded our room due to our Amex FHR booking to an ocean view villa. By far the most incredible villa view we’ve ever experienced. The villa itself was large with plenty of room. They had a special bath prepared for us with a special honeymoon cake waiting as well. We felt so special walking into our villa. Their attention to every last detail really left a lasting impression on us. The beach is absolutely magical. One of our favorite beaches in Seychelles. The pool seemed just a tad outdated and renovations to upgrade the pool would probably be a good idea. Plenty of beach activities to partake in as well as beach volleyball and a dedicated kids area. The food was excellent at all of the restaurants. Breakfast had a large spread and the coffee was excellent. Our favorite dinner was omakase night. The dish was fresh. The steak at steak shack was excellent The gym was really nice and all The equipment was new. The spa was one of the best massages we’ve ever had. What separated this hotel from others in my opinion is the staff. Everyone knew our name and went the extra mile to go out of our way to make us feel special. The managers Mary and James checked in with us multiple times throughout our stay. Hansel was our pool bartender for a few days and was amazing. He even taught us how to play billiards. James went above and beyond for us. After we checked out we stayed 3 days at a different resort. We got in contact with James and let him know we weren’t happy with our stay at the other resort. He let us return to use the facilities on a day pass because we did not want to leave our honeymoon with a bad taste in our mouth.

We enjoyed the most wonderful week at this beautiful property while celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. Our stay was absolutely perfect. The entire team was so kind and made sure our milestone was celebrated. Our Villa was so beautiful it didn't even feel real, and the views from our Villa over the property and stunning beach were amazing! We spent most of our our days on the beach and we both agreed that this beach was the most beautiful beach we have ever seen. A special thanks to the wonderful beach team-Edwin, Jean-Eudes, Antoine, Erwin (at water sports who also took us on an amazing hike), Farah and Hubert. We also greatly enjoyed breakfast at Zez and dinner there as well. A special thanks to Eros and Hamza, and to Francis and Hansel in Zez bar. From a dining perspective we loved all the restaurants on property and the special Omakase experience at Koi and the Italian evening at Kannel. Dining beach side at the Steak Shack was also a treat. We would also like to thank the wonderful management team, especially Mary and Omar, for making our stay so special. We can't wait to return and are already planning our next trip!

Simply astonishing!! Petite Anse is breathtaking and probably the best beach in Mahe. Everything is just great! From the buggy pick up, to the quality of food. We loved going there and highly recommend it - Lots of activities to do as a couple, or if you have kids

This is Gamze and Oğuzhan. It was like dreamland, during be there you would feel prince and princess. High specialized staff, luxury accommodation extremely elegancy designed villas, high quality restaurants Beach ocean and everyday suprises Housekeeping cares 2 times in a day even no need call them. We had been mostly all around world but no able to compare somewhere with Four Seasons quality.. We loved it !!!

as someone who travels a lot for work, i've seen my fair share of hotels. but this one? it's in a league of its own. the attention to detail is insane - from the personalized welcome note to the perfectly pressed sheets. the staff are like mind readers, always one step ahead. and the business center? best i've ever used. seriously, if you're a road warrior like me, you need to check this place out. it's not just a hotel, it's like a home away from home

We stayed here for a week as a group of 5 guests, this is our 20th four seasons stay as we love the personal service and we came here after a safari. Whilst it is an absolutely beautiful spot and the rooms are great, the service is not up to the usual standard we have enjoyed. More detailed comments below in case it is helpful - thanks for reading and have a lovely holiday! Rooms - marginally dated but spacious and stunning views which make them feel fantastic. Massive word of warning on construction - we were originally placed in rooms overlooking heavy construction with ＞10 workers and loud drilling. Because there are lots of private residences the hotel has less control over this so specify that you want to avoid this. Food - One of the best breakfast set ups I’ve seen though service is slow and unreliable. The Japanese is great and (when open) we enjoyed the steak shack. Prices on wine are high here. Zez food was also good though again service was random - we were brought our starters and mains at the same time for example. Service - This was a disappointment for us honestly. It lacks the usual four seasons touches and there were quite a few slip ups for us in terms of struggling to order/get towels/mistakes in bookings… lots of nice staff but not the usual slick 4S operation. Buggy service was good though. Location is great in terms of the bay which is really beautiful, good snorkeling, we saw a whale shark. Half an hour from the airport so an easy transfer. Activities/Amenities: Kids club is nice, aircon, lots of toys… it isn’t up to the Maldives type of standard in terms of amazing activities for the children and my boys commented that the staff left them to it rather than playing with them. There are lots of fun water sports available which we enjoyed. Spa champagne in the evening is good though the spa generally wasn’t up to Malaysia/Maldives standards for our treatments… also it’s a shame it doesn’t make the most of the views in the treatment rooms. Beach and pool are beautiful but lack service, often no towels, no one checks if you’d like to order anything… Overall it is a very pretty property and a great place to spend a week… it’s just that we came away feeling it wasn’t good value for what we had and a bit disappointed v other 4S properties. Sorry to say!
