In my humble opinion, Probably one of the best luxury resorts in the world.
Since I have been to the Seychelles many times, I have heard about this resort much earlier. Recently, property was purchased by the Anantara resorts company, what additionally encouraged us to stay in this luxurious property for several days.
The location of the hotel is one of the best in Seychelles - our villa No. 21 had an amazing view of the beach and the whole bay. The whole concept of this resort is based on providing guests with the best possible experience of their stay - the service is at the highest level. Our quest relations manager - Mathew - was amazing - that's how we had named the crab toy - the mascot we got for our kids as a present from Mathew!! We mention him with a big, broad smile on our face. Our host - butler of the Villa named Hana - was wonderful and very helpful person who fulfilled all our wishes and dreams. A very strong point of the resort is the main restaurant and its extremely talented chef - I have not yet met a person who can prepare dishes of various completely traditional world cuisines - Asian / Italian / Mediterranean / Indian. It is a place to which we will certainly come back in the near future.

Fantastic, spacious villas. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. Loved flex to have meals in your room or in the restaurant. Our butler Galih was absolutely fantastic and preempted our needs - definitely made the stay extra special. We were in a villa quite close to the beach which was a good to be able to walk down easily.

We had such a wonderful and relaxing experience at Anantara Maia, another Anantara gem! The property really made an impression with its stunning beach views and unique villa offerings. The wine tasting experience with the knowledgeable and passionate sommelier was one of our highlights (I strongly advise to do the wine tasting towards the beginning of the holiday). The spa experience was one of the BEST we had and the setting very relaxing. We would like to thank Ravi who provided us with special attention during our stay. The only negative was that we didn't stay longer.

Top Hotel mit super Service durch unseren Butler Surya. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und wunderschön. Frühstück auf der eigenen Terrasse hat Surya immer super schön angerichtet und uns alles traumhaft serviert. Es ist ein kleines Hotel mit einer traumhaften Landschaft und A**osphäre, wir waren rundum begeistert und glücklich 🙂

The stay was wonderful from the start, bring greeted at the arrival by director Anil and Laxman. Laxman looked personally after us for the full stay, exceeding our expectations time and time again. The food was wonderful, the creole dishes quickly became favorites, and the superb chef was ready to prepare anything we wanted, even if it was not on the menu. All the staff were amazing, from the breakfast staff who set us up with wonderful start of the day, the spa staff where we enjoyed both massages and yoga sessions. Tried the gym too, only that has room for improvements. The buggy drivers and beach staff, all were amazing, friendly, casual and helpful. The private villa was amazing, homey feel, wonderful views, great outdoor deck with a pool overlooking the sea. A wonderful place to come home to. In end, Laxman is the one who made all the difference, always ensuring that we had everything we needed, and then some. Big thanks to him for going the extra mile, and to everyone for at Maia for making us feel exceptionally welcome.

We had a lovely experience at ANANTARA. All the staff were super friendly. The manager, our private hosts Wasim and Luthfi, the people in the restaurant and behind the bar! The garden was a joy to drive thru with the buggies and the view from the room was amazing! There was a wide variety of food to chose from. We had life music on several days. Our private hosts knew how to surprise us time and time again. Our advice: check this place out! You won’t be disappointed!
