Spacious, comfortable, and most importantly quiet room. Excellent location in the city center with access to the famous pedestrian street. Also, the delicious breakfast in the restaurant and the presence of a spa were a pleasant surprise. The staff is responsive, they work quickly and politely. Great for business trips.

I really wanted to visit Mogilev, and so it happened))). A beautiful, clean, friendly city. We were pleasantly surprised by the service at the Gubernskaya Hotel. The politeness and attentiveness of the staff are worthy of all praise: I have never seen such attention to guests in Belarus ANYWHERE else. Yes, there are some minor shortcomings (and where are they not? You can find fault with a pole. By the way, there are spots on the Sun too!), but the overall impression is the most positive! We highly recommend staying here! Location and service - SUPER! P.S. Finding good coffee in Mogilev is a problem. This is not a local problem of the hotel, verified.

Based on good reviews, my colleague and I decided to spend the night in this hotel during a business trip. We paid for a double room and decided to clarify what was available to us according to the hotel’s tariffs. The administrator said that the hotel amenities we paid for included a visit to the SPA, but it was already closed, the time was about 21.00, this circumstance left a residue, and on the doors of the SPA, according to him opening hours, it must close at 23.00. There was no second hygiene kit in the room upon check-in. The next trouble was the lack of hot water in the shower. The administrator suggested moving over the phone, but in general this is absolutely not suitable when you have already settled down, undressed, and are about to take a shower, why not warn in advance about possible problems with hot water so that you can check is this at the time of check-in? Plus, in room 202 the lock on the bathroom door didn’t work, the doors couldn’t be closed. Pros: clean, delicious breakfast. Next time we will definitely choose another place for this price.

My friend and I decided to visit different cities of Belarus in the summer, we started with Mogilev and the choice fell on this hotel. We were delighted with our bright, spacious room and friendly service! At the reception they happily explained where you could go for a walk, eat and dance nearby. In the morning they fed us a delicious and satisfying breakfast! I liked everything very much, thank you for your hospitality!

The stay was just perfect, clean, tidy, friendly staff, spa area, gym - everything is beyond praise! There was also a coffee machine in the room, which couldn’t help but please us, good service!

My husband and I were delighted with this hotel! The location is wonderful, within walking distance there are a whole bunch of different cafes and shops. We lived in a very cozy, bright room, where Wi-Fi, a hairdryer and a TV were at our disposal. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the guests. The impressions were unique, so we can confidently recommend the hotel to other guests of Mogilev!

An excellent hotel for a family holiday. The rooms are clean + daily cleaning. Friendly staff and most importantly everything is nearby, the city center, shops, fountains, a pedestrian street nearby. The children were pleased with the Spa studio and breakfast in the room, and even then it was free.

I really liked the attitude of the hotel staff, the room was clean, tidy, the hotel is in an excellent location, because of Hamas you can travel from anywhere in the Republic of Belarus to understand what it is really like! Everyone says hello and smiles, extremely positive emotions from visiting the hotel. The location is chic, central pedestrian street. Thanks to the hotel staff for a wonderful stay.
