Отдых удался)) Спасибо персоналу-аниматорам,барменам,поварам))).Море прекрасное,чистое ,теплое(берем тапки ), бар на пляже,мороженое, при отеле свой пляж( лежаков много),wi-fi скорость прекрасная(бесплатный). По телевизору 3 канала на русском.Трансфер организован. Без внимания не остались. Спасибо за отдых!!!

Ich habe meinen Urlaub in diesem Hotel insgesamt sehr genossen.Es war eine gute Idee, einen Massagekurs im SPA des Hotels zu buchen, und der Masseur Omut hat seine Arbeit sehr professionell gemacht. Ich empfehle diesen Masseur auf jeden Fall, Sie werden eine große Freude haben.Und Manager Erdogan wird Sie sehr kompetent beraten und das beste Behandlungsprogramm entsprechend Ihren Bedürfnissen und Ihrem Gesundheitszustand auswählen. Ich möchte eine besondere Erwähnung für Darina aussprechen.Sie ist für die Gästebetreuung im Hotel zuständig.Diese junge Frau hat mir sehr geholfen, als ich für meinen Sohn dringend einen Arzt im Hotel anrufen musste.Sie ist sehr verantwortungsbewusst und freundlich, man kann sich bei jeder Frage an sie wenden und sie wird immer helfen. Ich mochte auch das Essen im Hotel, eine gute Auswahl an frischem Obst und Gemüse, viel Fisch, Pizza und lokales Gebäck, sehr lecker. Von minuses ist es Reinigung der Zimmer, ist es notwendig, Tipp, dann bei Ihnen alle und immer in Ordnung sein wird. Das Meer in dieser Gegend ist am wärmsten, der Boden ist steinig, aber es hat mich überhaupt nicht in Verlegenheit gebracht.Sie können sogar jeden Tag Ausflüge bestellen, sie sind preiswert und sehr interessant, es hängt alles von Ihren Interessen und Wünschen ab.

Rooms where not cleaned to high standers floor always dirty ,towels had stains on, they never changed the sheets you sleep with .food isn’t kid friendly has nothing for dinner or tea time always the same food never anything different,the food never had any name tags on it so you woukd never know what you was getting ,bar staff rude I witnessed one of the bar staff get angry with a person who was staying at the hotel the bar man nearly threw a tray at him not nice to witness also never had any life guards at the pool as kids where running up the slides after the slide times closed and at the beach as when we was there a 6 year old girl downed at the beach ,the positives are though lobby always nice and clean pool was always full with loads of People the kids club was really good

Ужасное обслуживание, еда не очень, сотрудники не знают другие языки, говорят только на турецком, бары не наполняются, сейф платный, в комнатах не убираются, расходники не дали, ужасное впечатление от отдыха, не советуем этот отель, никаких 5 звезд несоответствует

Отличный отель! Очень много разнообразной еды, особенно порадовало, что каждый день жарят отличную вкусную рыбу! Яйца варёные и жареные, огромный выбор сладостей! Для детей на завтрак есть различные виды сухих завтраков, молоко, кофе (тоже несколько видов), овощи и салаты на любой вкус! Персонал вежливый и внимательный! Отдельно хочу отметить, что каждый вечер в отель приезжают различные развлекательные программы: живая музыка, акробаты. Также куча вечерних конкурсов! Водные горки, бассейн средней глубины от 130 до 160 см, есть бассейн для малышей с горкой! Бар у бассейна, бар на пляже, также у бассейна готовят бургеры и картофель фри, лепёшки с сыром, в общем всего не перечесть! Номера достойные,есть конечно небольшие недочёты по мебели (уголочки сбиты чуток у тумбочек), но это ерунда, кондиционеры работают на отлично,уборка номеров каждый день! Нам очень понравился отель! Заслуженная пятёрка! Море чистое!

Mevki olarak çok güzel Alanya merkeze 11 km yemekleri güzel kesinlikle aç kalmaz sınız sahil e çok yakın tek sorunu havuzun kalabalık olması haricin de hiçbir sorunu yok odalar sürekli temizleniyor ve hijyene dikat ediyorlar kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

Excellent service and animated, hotel good, sea and bar super. Our room is very good. Very nice staff, barmen and spa, shop. I liked the animation, the food, the staff. Very warm sea and good sunset. The animation is thoughtful, they speak different languages. Scenario games and great discos.

Worst holiday I've ever been on the place was horrible the food to the drinks to the service they don't serve nice drinks didn't even have brandy the vodka was vile it's meant to be a 5 star it's a 1 star at Best I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here the place was a disgrace
