Cycling around with the free bikes we can rent from the hotel, we thought we had made the best choice of stay for Mai Chau. The room was large and came with a huge round bathtub. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we had during our time in North Vietnam.

This was an amazing place to stay. They had bikes for us to borrow and even yoga mats if you wanted. They have a traditional dance for show in the evenings and plenty of activities that cost extra like hiking and boat tours. The service was amazing. My favourite thing was the breakfast buffet. I woke up extra early to make sure I had a seat on the outside to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains while I ate.

Great view from our room and bikes available at all times to explore the nearby villages. Restful environment. Evenings traditional dance show was wonderful. We booked a suite that offers a private pool. We stayed 3 days and already made a reservation for a return visit in October 2024.

Prima resort voor een paar dagen op het platteland. Goed restaurant met prima gerechten. Ww hadden een prachtige lodge met privé zwembad en uitzicht over de rijstvelden. Twee tours geboekt; naar Lu Puong natuurreservaat en de 40-45km fietstocht om de plattelands dorpjes te bekijken. De eerste tour was prima, maar de fietstocht in feite een aanslag op de gezondheid. De fietsen waren te klein en hadden geen versnelling. In een temperatuur van 35 graden en door het heuvellandschap is in feite onverantwoord om 45km te fietsen. Iets waar wij normaal gesproken onze handen niet voor omdraaien. Ik begrijp niet dat er geen fatsoenlijke mountainbikes oid beschikbaar zijn voor de lange fietstocht. Ik zou het iedereen afraden.

Stayed here for 4 night. Totally awful. Construction of their new wall very noisy, loud music by guests by pool, tasteless food, all staff on their phones so bad service, dead plants everywhere, poorly maintained througout, drowning in single use plastic - HOW IS THIS AN ECOLODGE?

Très bon ecolodge au-dessus des rizières, magnifiquement situé pour découvrir à vélo les villages environnants. Belle piscine. Nourriture correcte sans plus (où sont les épices?). Personnel accueillant. Jolies chambres, certaines avec petite piscine privée. Animation discrète en soirée avec danses locales.

un village hotel au milieu des rizières. Très calme ,les chambres sont très spacieuses et bien agencées. Le personnel est serviable ,à l écoute. Repas et petits déjeuner très bons et variés. Possibilité de faire du vélo à partir de l hotel .petit spectacle de danses tradionnelles le soir .
