It’s convenient but honestly the service can’t be worse. Knowing nothing even no hairdryer in room, only thing they ask is “early checkin” even one minute early it’s 15 pounds.

Good location for town centre. Staff were super friendly and accommodating for an early check in. Parking available round the corner.

I had a fantastic stay at Leverage Hotel in Maidenhead. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to stay whether you're visiting for business or leisure. A special thank you to Arju and Ashna at reception. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, always greeting me with a smile and being incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference and are a real credit to the hotel. I'd also like to recognize the entire reception team for their excellent service. It's clear they take pride in looking after their guests and creating a positive atmosphere. I highly recommend Leverage Hotel to anyone staying in Maidenhead. Great hospitality, excellent service, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests. I look forward to staying here again!

Room was hot, no air conditioning. Fan provided but did little to help, window only opened slightly. Shower gel container broken on the wall. No phone signal at all and 30mins WiFi did not work. Fed back to reception who didn’t really seem too bothered. Reasonable price for a bed and a shower on our way back from a trip down south.

We were allocated a south-facing room during our stay. On the day of our arrival, temperatures reached approximately 24°C. Unfortunately, the room did not have air conditioning, although a fan had been provided. Despite using the fan, the room temperature rose to around 28°C, making it extremely uncomfortable. As a result, I struggled to sleep and had to visit reception to request an additional fan. While the extra fan helped slightly, the room remained too warm for a comfortable night’s sleep. This had a noticeable impact on our overall experience. That said, the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay, and they did their best to assist when we raised our concerns.

£43 a night for a double room, plus £11pp unlimited breakfast. For that money, it was excellent value. My review is based on what I got for my money. The location is very convenient for the railway station, you can see the station across the street. The clock tower car park was a minute walk to the Travelodge. You can park for 24-hour periods £13.50. The over 4 hrs rate ended at 2359hrs on the day of purchase. You could pay by Ringo app or contact less. The Travelodge is next door to a small Sainsburys . Reception is on the first floor. 2 lifts give you access to all floors. The bar and breakfast area are next to reception. They also served a food menu. The room was quiet, we were on the 3rd floor and overlooked the centre of the building. We had our window open and never heard a sound. The room was very clean, towels nice and large, small but adequate shower room. You don't get the room serviced unless you've been there 6 nights. However, you can pop a card on the door that requests top ups of tea, coffee, and clean towels. We just asked reception for more tea bags, and the team there is more than happy to get more for you. Bed was comfy, tv in room, no hairdryer, but I brought my own. USB charging points. Fan in room. Breakfast served on 1st floor, it was hot, plentiful and the restaurant team extremely helpful. Ratna, in particular, couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was great value. The cleaning man, we think he was called Rashid, was super friendly. All of the team at the Travelodge were so polite. Location for the Travelodge is about a 10 minute walk to the town. Some areas are rundown, we think there is some regeneration work about the start, but if you head towards the Waterside quarter, there are some lovely areas to eat. We would stay here again.

Had a really good stay at Maidenhead Central Travelodge. Originally booked for one night but then at short notice I needed to book a second night too. Such a convenient location. Right opposite the railway station and plenty of shops and pubs extremely close by. Good clean room, everything worked fine. Bed comfortable. Tea & Coffee. Shower clean and fresh. Room temperature fine. Nice and quiet room. Staff very friendly and remembered me when I suddenly had to book another night. Shout out to the staff members Rhiannon, Kiran, Ishup and Arju. They were very friendly and helpful. I would and will definitely be staying here again. Only a 20 minute train ride from Central London too. Extremely convenient. Great staff.

I had an absolutely unacceptable and deeply concerning experience at this Travelodge. The lift broke down twice within the space of just three hours. As the reception is located on the 8th floor, I was never even able to complete my check-in. The other lift appeared to have been out of order for some time, and it even seemed as though promotional posters had been placed there to hide the issue rather than properly address it. The most alarming moment came when I was about to get into the lift with my 11-month-old baby and my 4-year-old child. At that exact moment, the lift broke down again, leaving a person trapped inside. It is horrifying to think that this could have happened while I was inside with two young children. As a result, I could not go upstairs, could not check in, and had to wait hours for my transfer to another Travelodge to be completed. The whole situation was chaotic, stressful, and completely unacceptable. This hotel is hazardous and presents a serious risk to its visitors. In my opinion, it should not be allowed to operate in its current condition and should be shut down immediately until the lift issues and wider safety concerns are properly resolved.

Room was like a hotbox. Ensuite was filthy and smelt of pee. No variety at breakfast. Nearby parking stupidly expensive.

Booked a standard new design, bathroom smelled of drain, x1 hand towel and x2 bath towels provided no hair towels. Room was noisy, 5am wake up with bin men and shop deliveries due to windows not being thick enough. Breakfast was good when we eventually could get some but when we first arrived at 9am there was x1 piece of dry bacon, a portion of wet scrambled eggs and no mushrooms so we waited and things were slowly restocked but no mushrooms ever arrived.
