There is no telephone in the room to call reception or anything If you wanted to call reception one had to physically go down to the reception . All hotels I have stayed in have communication in the rooms to reception. This is the first hotel I ever stayed in that did not

In fairness it may be OK for “normal” people. We needed the accessible room, and the first discovery was when a navy skirt slipped off the hangar and was covered in dust from the bottom of the wardrobe. There is no opportunity to hang long clothes in the wardrobe. The accessible toilet isn’t as there aren’t sufficient grab bars or rails for a person who can’t walk to transfer. We had to use the bath as a wash basin and it took ages to drain. The sliding door to the bathroom didn’t have any guides at the bottom, so the door swings out from the runners. And the free Wi-Fi refused connect, wanting me to subscribe to premier Wi-Fi. All this in the first half hour. This is not what we have experienced before in a Premier Inn, and hope never to goto Wateringbury again.

Never stayed here b4 but lady on reception was lovely and very helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was good too lots of choice on both the Continental and cooked breakfast. For the money it was great value

My room had a Super King and a large metal bath tub all to myself! This was not planned and a nice surprise. Bath tubs have become a bit of a rarity, I think.

Unfortunately, not the place to go if you want a good nights sleep. The soundproofing is terrible. Our room was near the back, but could hear traffic all night. You can hear other TVs, people coughing, babies crying and doors slamming. The carpet was filthy, needed a good vacuuming. Two lights did not work all the time. Cobwebs above TV. As there is now no daily room service, there should be some way of cleaning the cups. A small sponge and cloth to clean them. It is not supposed to be self catering, so I don't expect to have to bring my own cleaning equipment. We have stayed at about Twelve Premier Inns and this is the only one I would not return to. The only good thing about this place, is the restaurant next door. Really great food and very polite , helpful and cheerful staff.

Called in without booking needing table where I could sit in my wheelchair. The staff could not have been more helpful giving usa table much bigger than we need. Good choices on menu and food came out quickly was well cooked and very tasty. Excellent disabled toilet only problem the loo seat was loose. Good number of disabled parking spaces. Will definitely go there again. Highly recommended

Use this hotel for work at least 1 week every month. Always my first choice in the area, based in a lovely village and handy to get into London. Hotel and room is always kept nicely clean and tidy, good for parking, and a nice Restaurant and pub next door which does nice food, and has a nice garden seating area to enjoy the Sunshine. The Manager Silvia (as are all the staff) is a star, who is always friendly and has time to share advice of the local area :)
