Nice clean hotel, location is in a business district with no open local restaurants within walking distance with the exception of an Applebee's a couple of blocks away. Other than that it was a nice quiet place and would recommend to others.

When I checked in, I asked the front desk and said that there was no parking fee, but I was deducted a parking fee of 20 dollars. The air conditioner in the room was too noisy, and it was impossible to sleep because of the high speed. The facilities were also very old. I didn't sleep all night. I don't recommend it! I won't be going back either!

The room was very comfortable. The lobby and property was beautiful. Everyone at the front desk was professional and helpful. Thank you especially Fabiana, I enjoyed 2 nights in Maitland and hope to return. Everything was great. Parking was secure.

When we checked in, we were met by a friendly face Fabiana. She made us feel right at home. Offering us waters, and explaining all the details of the hotel, to ensure we had the best time. Highly recommend the Pub as well. We were here a few nights and are kicking ourselves for trying it only on our last night. Melinda, took very good care of us at the Pub. She offered great conversation and recommend some of the best highlights on the menu. Let's not forget the pool. It was fun to splash around and get in some laps. If we ever need to stay in the area, it definitely will be this one.

I believe for a Sheraton the floors could have been a little cleaner the elevators were somewhat dirty the floors in general could have been cleaner too many stains and dirt not to be picky but the staff never told me there was a $17-18 fee to park they just said if I have a car my key would give me access to the parking and I found out when I checked out also the guy at the counter never told me I needed to keep the key to get out the parking lot just small things but I don’t like hidden costs and I understand if it was a mistake but they should have told me when I checked in.. just my input hopefully this helps with your review process
