The TV didn't work. The AC was inconsistent. The shower was dingy (hard water) residue.

That was specifically looking for a hotel.
That had a hot tub that didn't break the budget. The hot tub was a loop warm Bath. Just sometimes when you drive long distance you just want to soak a little. It was okay not very good.

Check in was good. Room was average. Went to get coffee 3 times empty everytime. Checkout was at 11. The cleaning lady knocked at 8 and waited outside our room on her phone until we left at 9.

The thermostat in our room was set to 98. Our room was so hot it was uncomfortable to sleep in. One of the mattresses had a sunken in spot that one member of our family had to make other arrangements to sleep someplace else.

Bathroom shower is old, hard water stains/buildup inside shower and outside shower. Rest of room is great!

Convenient location. But the ottoman in the room was stained and gross. Breakfast was definitely subpar for a holiday inn.

I forgot to tell them at checkout that the bathroom door lock in 217 did not work.
The pillows are fantastic! Where do you get them or what brand are they?
