Hotel inside airport,clean,but we got one towel only. And more important is you must standby food for night time if you hungry because no grab food there after 10pm. But overall everything ok

Ms and the receptionist's voices were very soft but not clearly audible
the room was not airtight, until midnight the sound of karaoke could be heard from somewhere
The soap bottle is very dirty, if you don't use it, it's better to just throw it away...
Only one towel and slippee even though the order was for a room for two people

Water heater stopped working halfway when i was bathing. Called customer service, asked me to wait 30mins while i was drenched?? I waited 30mins yet water still spoil, called again, ask me wait again. Still spoil.???? Provided no compensation whatsoever

They didn't have any alcohol, so I went and bought some.
It took some time, but I'm glad you took the time to respond.
I also ordered room service, but it was forgotten. I had to tell the front desk again that I hadn't come.
It's right next to the airport, so location is not an issue at all.
