We loved everything about our stay. The Condo was pristine with all the linens available for 4 people. The Beach was empty except for guests from the condos. The ocean was exciting with medium waves coming in. If you don't get out soon enough you might get hit. I still have sand in my swimsuit.

Absolutely gorgeous location & fantastic unit with an great patio to enjoy morning coffee, afternoon lunch and of course a great sunset. With all the positives I would not stay here again for a couple of reasons. The main reason is that it is not convenient to get to the North Shore. In all my research I did not realize the road going North is not open for traffic. It still appears as a road on maps but apparently it has been washed out so many times they decided to to repair the road. So you had to go 30 minutes south then go 30 more minutes to go North. That was an hour of travel time (on a good day & time of day)to get to the North Shore. A second negative was the amount of homeless tent cities. The majority of local beaches in that area were taken over by the homeless, not a place for tourists. I will add that there were no problems on the beach at this hotel. It was a very beautiful beach and quiet beach. The waves were large so great if you want to be daring and body surf or boogie board, not so great for little kids or just floating. If you are looking for quiet and have no plans to travel around the island this could be a good choice.

Beautiful view, right on the beach. We had a lovely stay. The laundry in the unit was great. Our unit was a small upgrade studio. The beach, although beautiful, was not kid/senior friendly. The waves were big, and it wasn't easy for me to get in and out of the water. All the rooms are oceanfront. Parking was tight at night, but we always found a spot. The location is far from honolulu so you must rent a car. I would stay here again but, hubby said it's to far from everything. He won't like to book here again. There was not enough places to eat near by. If you're looking to lay on the beach or by the pool with a book, this might be for you.

Super clean apartments, breathtaking view, comfortable bed and plenty of towels. The TV works very well with lots of on demand. Sunsets are spectacular! Property seems really well managed, great price-value. The staff is the best about this, mahalo to Chris and Mei!!!!

We stayed on the top floor, corner unit 1601. This unit has a wrap around lanai. The security at this building was very good. There is a gated entrance into the parking lot, a fob is required to access the elevator, and there is a security guard on premise. Unit 1601 also has the added security of a gate before you can access the front door. The nice thing about this is you can leave the screen door from the LR open and also the screen door in the bedroom without having to worry. The unit was clean, but it is dated. What you're paying for is the view which is incredible. There were two a/c units, a separate one apparently for the bedroom. That unit worked well, but the other one for the rest of the condo did not seem to work. It was not a big issue for us as this time of year was not very warm and we got a cool breeze from the lanai. The unit was well stocked with all the necessities and there were also extra shampoos, sunscreen, etc, which were probably left behind by other guests. Before you hit the market, you may want to see what is all available in the unit.. There were chairs and a beach lounger in a closet as well as an umbrella and some beach toys. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. The mattress was very comfortable in the bedroom. My husband enjoyed sleeping on the lounge chair on the lanai, so he could enjoy the ocean breeze and hear the waves all night. This area is not a tourist area, but primarily local. If you're looking for trendy restaurants and bars, you will not find it here. However, there are several local restaurants that are very good. There is a locally owned grocery store, only a few miles from the condo. There are a lot of homeless in this area. In fact there is a beautiful rocky point that we wanted to walk out on, however, there were several homeless camps on the pathway. We were never approached by anyone wanting money or anything like that, so it wasn't a huge deal to us. All of the beaches along the road had homeless camps and it was unfortunate to see the desperateness and all the trash piled up. Don't let that necessarily deter you from renting a unit here as it is very secure and we never had problems. Just wanted someone to be aware of it. I had seen the reviews and was aware of it. It was not like this 2 years ago when my sister stayed here.

Spent a week at a timeshare condo - the room was very nice with a full kitchen, very comfy bed & pillows! Best part was the large balcony & views of the ocean, which is right in front of the facility! Spent hours watching & listening to the ocean waves.😍. Beach is uncrowded for swimming or whatever, and there is a lovely swimming pool/hot tub. Place has good security, requires fob to enter all public areas (parking, elevators, pools) Only negative is no restaurants within walking distance, you must drive to eat out. Only negative is there are no restaurants

Charming one bedroom condo with spectacular ocean front view and beach. The sound of the waves and beautiful sunsets, gated access, elevator, complete kitchen, washer and dryer all added up to just what we needed.

We were only here for two nights (after Kauai and before flying home). The hotel and room were clean (very important to us). It was central to Waikiki - perfect for walking around and shopping - easy to get to the beach. Staff was helpful and friendly. However, I would not stay here for an extended stay (for us). The room and bathroom were small. The location is the center of Waikiki so it is a very crowded area and very loud (music, traffic and people). The room and decor was dated (not a problem for us but it may be for others). The pool and the bar seemed small (we did not use the pool). The Splash Bar was convenient but expensive and the food was just ok. Would i recommend the hotel? If the above doesn't bother you I would. Would we stay here again? For the quick stopover again - yes. An extended stay - we would probably find another location.

This resort is replacing the old tile flooring going to your condo. The old tile has been torn out but has not been replaced yet after two weeks. This is a family location but very quite after about 8 pm. There is a security guard at the entrance and you need a fob to get into the elevators. Room 608 is the perfect condo to be in. Lots of room and 3 patio doors. Kitchen is very well stocked. New dishwasher, washing machine (front loader) and dryer.
