The room assigned to us (the best) n. 34 was noisy due to two stations from which annoying sounds came that prevented one from sleeping at night. Despite our complaints remaining unanswered, the manager Mrs. Anika even invited us to look for another room at another hotel. In more than 40 years of traveling abroad, never and I repeat, no hotelier has ever gotten to this point. The poor and repetitive breakfast, coffee from the automatic machine....... Discreet and plentiful dinners. Kind and attentive staff especially Mr. Michel excluding of course the manager.....

Everything about this hotel is perfect. This is a small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff who have the knowledge and contacts you do not normally experience in hotels. In addition to this, the hotel is located outside the hectic part of the town — 5-to-6 minutes distance form the beach —, and is perfectly located if you are traveling by car, because you can easily get out of the town — towards Split or Dubrovnik — and avoid standing in long queues through towns one-way streets. They offer car park completely free of charge, which is a rarity in the world of hotels, and that's a big advantage. We also saw options for electrical cars! An exceptionally good selection for breakfast. We opted out of the dinner scheme because we prefer to dine out and the staff were very helpful in giving tips where we could enjoy good local food - but we saw many of the hotel guests stay for dinner so we assume their food is delicious too. We stayed in one of the central room on the first floor with superb view of the sea and in the horizon the island of Hvar. The room was comfortable and very clean, and so was the balcony. The mini fridge was extraordinarily filled with treats like chocolate, alcohol, pop and snack.

Hotel 20 minutes walk from the lively city center and 10 minutes from the sea. Parking at the hotel fortunately because parking spaces are a real problem in this country. Dated rooms, poor wifi. Too bad because we feel that the staff at reception and in the dining room are working hard and doing the best they can. Room cleaning is really not great. The beds are hard and the air conditioning is quite noisy. Suitable for 1 to 2 nights maximum.

4 star hotel but not a warm welcome, especially when you don't speak English... Decent room, quite quiet because on the side of the establishment, good bedding despite two mini-sheets for a double bed. Impossible to have a room in the dark at night, blinds broken. But above all, tiny bathroom, narrow shower and room where you can't even put a toiletry bag... Very decent and very fresh breakfast.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel was spotlessly clean with spacious well equipped rooms. Good location only 3 mins walk from beaches and 15 mins walk from centre of town. Fantastic back drop of the mountains too. Excellent breakfast with lots of options.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and would highly recommend it. The staff were all very friendly, the location is great. One is in a few minutes on the beach and finds many restaurants. The breakfast was also very tasty and varied.

Not a bad hotel, clean, comfortable. The room is large, divided into 2 zones, there was enough space, despite the folded out sofa as a third bed. The air conditioner coped with its task, despite the hellish heat outside. The main disadvantage of the hotel is the food. For breakfast there is always the same set of products: croissant, bread, butter, 2 types of cheese, ham, fruit, muesli, yogurt, processed cheese. Coffee from a coffee machine is similar to instant coffee, drinking coffee from a filter. The only hot options are scrambled eggs and fried bacon. The assor**ent has never changed. Dinner must be ordered the evening of the previous day from the proposed menu. But it is extremely poor. And not very tasty. They always left the table half-starved. Good hotel but not worth of 4 stars. I have never seen such a small variates of cooked dishes on breakfast. We stayed for 5 nights and all the time just scrambled eggs and bacon. Very small effort to make visitors happy. Just to add fryed egg or baked beans, pancakes cost few cents but people would be much more satisfied. Dinners were ok Perfect service main dishes very good but instant soups felt like a joke for 4 star hotel.
