The friendliness of the FO staff is extraordinary, only the staff at the restaurant and pool are lacking... for some items in the rooms, the maintenance needs to be improved again... for example the room curtains are very dirty.
The FO staff is also very communicative and helpful in accommodating guest wishes.
Regarding the experience at breakfast, the taste now seems to be lacking... the taste is a bit bland and some foods are slow to refill.
