The air conditioning was not functioning properly, so when I made a complaint, they sent a technician to fix it. The technician spent about 10-15 minutes replacing some relays and then asked me to wait for another 15 minutes to see if the air conditioning would cool enough. Since it still didn't work well, I requested to be moved to another room. They relocated me to a new room, which this all process from a promoted complaint, took approximately 1 hour. While I was sleeping, someone opened my door at 4 am, but fortunately, I had locked it using the latch attached to the back of the door. This startled me and I shouted, then they left, 15 minutes later the reception call me ask for apologize. So silly!

The location to the airport is great. There is also a small supermarket right next door.
The rooms are big and tidy. The shower is also very spacious and there is plenty of space to freshen up after a long flight. What we thought was really great was that there were water carafes in the room that you could refill at any time from the machine in the hallway. Save plastic 👍👍👍 Good idea.
We would definitely come again.
