Makanan cukup oke bisa dinikmati walau terlihat sepi.
Kamar hotel di lantai 12, harusnya bisa jadi sangat nyaman dan baik Tapi banyak yg sudah rusak (lampu, toilet shower, jendela berbercak). Guling bau apek seperti tidak di cuci (hampir overall hotel bau apek). Handuk kotor ada noda orange dan hitam. Handuk untuk keset kamar mandi juga kotor seperti tidak di cuci. Sayang sekali tidak di rawat padahal prabot cukup bermerek.
Kamar terlihat dibersihkan seadanya, masih sangat kotor. Telepon mati wkwk Minta tissue harus ke reseptionist tapi ujungnya tidak diantar juga. Disarankan password wifi minta di bawah langsung.
So much more yg perlu di improve.
