Nothing seemed to work with room
Key not working two times, Wi-Fi network unavailable in the room and the elevator poorly programmed such that it took ages to go back to lobby. I will avoid this hotel next time

saya check in sekitar hampir jam 3 dan ternyata kamr sisa sedikit, saya ditawari twin bed padahal sudah jelas di bookingan saya bahwa tidak ada pilihan lain selain double bed, saya juga minta yang non-smooking tpi disuruh menunggu 20 menitan, akhirnya saya tunggu. pas saya balik lagi katanya kamarrnya udah diambil orang dan sisanya twin bed, saya disuruh tunggu lagi sampai hampir jam 4. resepsionisnya kurang ramah. tapi fasilitasnya lumayan, hotel ini lebih ke hotel keluarga.
