Very inconsiderate. Was traveling with my son and needed a last minute booking. Obviously hotel was not fully booked as I was able to get a room in the late afternoon/evening. Even inquired for a parking slot as i have my luggages with me and a 9 yo boy.
Went to do check in at almost midnight and was told that no parking slot available and i had to go park some place else. Hotel staff did not offer help to carry luggage at all but directed me to park away.
I tried to talk to receptionist still no offer to help me w my luggage. I requested to cancel booking as it is almost midnight and we will not stay if no parking, too much hassle.
Apparently with no consideration this hotel rejected my request. Kept my hotel booking even after knowing the room was not utilized. Its not even a no show so they easily made money from me that night.
I hope you dont take advantage of your guests next time.

Our second stay at Red Planet Hotel was nothing short of magical. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and thoughtful amenities made it the perfect destination for a romantic staycation. We left feeling relaxed, reconnected, and eager to return. Highly recommended for couples looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy some quality time together.
