Oakwood Makati Avenue

What I like about this hotel is the location and the aesthetically pleasing rooms. The bathtub is also a plus. Breakfast selection needs some improvement. Service is great and the lady at the front desk, Zea, is very accomodating and very helpful.

The rooms were very clean and fresh, spacious and very comfortable. Everything was excellent, the staff always helped us when we needed anything. The breakfast was good, not so many varieties but it was delicious.

I considered Oakwood Makati Ave my second home. I always go back here every time I want to relax and enjoy my weekend.

The hotel is getting better, still offer the best room size and views at this location. If you are into the vibe of the bars and restaurants in Pabloion, this is the hotel for you. The only annoying things about this location is the Burgos area, so it's a give and take about the hotel location but the staff at the reception, super friendly and helpful. They always welcome you with a smile. Been staying here for years. maybe on the more pricey side compared to the other but it's the new building in this area

Great hotel and spacious room

when you arrive at the hotel in a car you are met with a 45 degree ramp, then about 20 steps, a small entrance with a reception that always seems busy. Staff are like robots dont expect a friendly smile! The room was dirty, the carpet had many stains even the bedsheets had stains!!..yes in such a high priced hotel really bad. ON the 27th floor you night as well been on the street, its loud, its noisy its constant everything from traffic to club music and people shouting!! So if your looking for a nice relaxing welcoming hotel forget it. Enjoy the pics!! Parking!!!..ill say this takes 30 mins and its challenge and under another hotel..say no more

Clean hotel and good location same building as I’m hotel. Breakfast has decent choices but needs improvement on freshness and servers need to be more professional.

Please check room condition upon check-in — several issues during my stay I would like to share my personal experience to help future travellers be better prepared. During checkout, I was informed of an alleged scratch on the TV screen. However, I was not shown any evidence linking the damage to my stay. Because of this, I strongly recommend that future guests take photos of the room when checking in to avoid any misunderstandings. Throughout my stay, I also faced several inconveniences: The Wi-Fi connection was unstable, which made it difficult for me to work. The electronic cooking stove was not functioning, so I couldn’t cook. The washing machine could wash but could not dry, which made laundry inconvenient. My room card stopped working multiple times, and I had to return to the lobby for reactivation. I was informed that external guests were not allowed in the room, which I was not aware of beforehand. The breakfast selection was the same every day, with portions running out between around 9:30–10:00am. These were my personal observations during the stay. I hope this review helps future travellers prepare and provides feedback that may assist the hotel in improving guest experience. P.S. Worst Staying Experience Ever

I love the spaciousness of the hotel an the attached onsen facilities. However, breakfast selection can be improved.
