The room is clean. It has a nice city view. Just enjoying my stay there by sleeping and doing karaoke.

Nice view from my window. AC works fine, 16 to 28°C. I love the Ayala view from the bedroom window. The ad tho is a bit misleading as it says 1BR but more like studio. Nonetheless, the stay was bearable.

One of the best I’ve ever visited it was so cool I made food and eat it and use the fridge and the view from the balcony was super amazing, the cr was cool also but alittle small but anyways it was very very cool rooms I’ve ever been to

Really no Service at all and the amenities cost extra with is a bust but there are cafes and malls downstairs

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel.

I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here; we left early. We saw cockroaches every day, and the staff brought us some spray, but that was it. We also had internet issues—I couldn't work properly until they brought an extra router. They only brought it after we wrote that we wanted a refund. Everything in the room itself is old and worn out—from the sofa and doors to the washing machine, which leaks and floods the bathroom.

The place has such a cozy and comforting vibe. As a solo traveler, I truly enjoyed the peace and calmness it brought me. The amenities were amazing, and the whole area felt so beautiful and relaxing. It made my birthday trip even more special and memorable.
