The hot water was not working, and I needed to contact the front office several times to request support from Housekeeping.

I liked my stay in the room I booked, but I think because of their location, which had no other fast food chains around but Jollibee and only a few convenience stores, it was kind of inconvenient to go out to buy what I needed during my stay, especially since I was in a rush at the time. But anyway, I think overall the place was great, will definitely book there again if it so happens that our next work event is near Pasay again. Loved the aesthetic the most.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and overall, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The whole place was clean, cozy, and well-kept, which made it easy for us to feel at home right away.
One thing I really appreciated was the room’s thoughtful amenities. I love that they had a hair blower, a microwave, and lots of cabinets—small details that made our stay more convenient and comfortable. It really felt like they made an effort to provide everything a guest might need.
The staff were also very polite and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, giving us the relaxing break we were hoping for.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit. 🌟✨🏨

This is my second time staying at Milton. The staff are friendly and always gave me a lot of assistance when i need it. Feels like going back home for me. Quiet for a good rest after a day. Room is spacious and clean. Kitchen equipment are adequate for my usage. When i go back to Manila for work again, it will still be my choice to stay.
