Online check-in claimed no wait but I still waited long – false. Asked receptionist 3 times for a good room; she said perfect. Housekeeping took 45 mins while I waited. Asked for manager – unable to assist. Room dirty with ants, cockroaches and mosquitoes. Sheets & pillows stained, mattress smells bad. AC very noisy and defective. Guards & housekeepers kind; receptionist limited help. Rated 8+? Reviews can be faked. Cannot recommend. Management: please fix these issues before replying.

The hotel was located in an area with many car repair shops. Yet it was safe and sound at night. There were Alfa Mart, Uncle John's and 7-Eleven in walking distance. The room was spacious with large windows. However, the AC was so loud that it took us quite a long time to fall asleep. Bathroom was not so convenient. To have the hot water, you need to flip a switch on the wall at the corner near the toilet. I couldn't find it until I called the receptionist. Anyway, the staff were helpful and friendly though.

I just stayed one night so everything was fine. Wasn't the most spacious place, however, since the floor was barely wide enough for my carry-on suitcase when opened.

The room was quite spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom. However, the air conditioning unit was a bit small and took a while to cool down the place. Also, the duvet was just a blanket, which I found a bit unusual, haha. On the bright side, the front desk lady was very friendly and helpful! Definitely worth a commendation 👍
