Overall experience is amazing, staff are so accommodating, they even gave us a complimentary drink upon entrance. The room are clean, comfortable and big. The pool is kinda small but super clean and we are the only ones using it so it's perfect. The sauna is a new thing and a great experience. Everything was great even the food and breakfast included. Will definitely put this hotel to our favorite.

The kindness and meal were very satisfying, The location does not have any speciality around it.

Spacious rooms and excellent service. The Japanese breakfast option is okay, Servings are a bit small. Only £5 away from the airport when using Grab taxi. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

I have always cherished this group of hotels and I believe it is the cheapest one in the metro that has rooms with a bathtub. As I frequently check-in to hotels for staycation by myself, I find it really relaxing to have a tub so I always look forward to going here. The rooms are cozy and homey. The staff are great and friendly and their food is good. The location is okay, albeit a bit secluded. But cabs know it still and it's safe around the area.

When I arrived and checked in, the staff greeted me by giving me a glass of cool juice and I was very touched. Every morning, new towels and ammo are provided, and the breakfast is somewhat lacking in quantity, but it is clean and delicious. And there are many convenience stores, fast food restaurants, and banks nearby😀 It's great to visit and have a quiet time.

It was my first time in Manila, but I had a comfortable stay. The mall is also close by. However, since it is Makati, there are people who are policing street smoking and calling them Makati government officials. Please be careful around the food stalls past Puendia Station.

The hotel is in a good location, just a 10-minute walk from the LRT. The environment is also good. Although it is a bit old, the environment is very clean.
