The Gramercy Residences New Release

Accommodation was okay. Nothing special for a two bedroom apartment. Not many extras. No coffee etc but provided what we needed. Only one access card provided, which was annoying. great swimming pools on the 36th floor tho

Avoid this place!!! Avoid this place!!! Avoid this place!!! Terrible experience. Reception stuff is good and helpful friendly. Host company Gotophi is Horrible. The unit 4822 I stayed in through an accommodation app gotophi, towels were old and worn, and was infested with cockroaches. All 48 floor full of cockroaches. After a "complimentary pest control" visit 2 times to the room they tell you its safe to go in but The roaches were still there. Complained to app accommodation provider and they weren't able to get in touch with the host for a refund. After ask for refund they stop replying for my messages. It's disappointing cos they still try to advertise, never stay here again. Avoid this place!!! Best to stay at nearby 5 star hotels don't waste your money.

Staff training required! Reception staff haven’t a clue, admin staff and accounting staff miserable. They all require training in customer service and efficiency. We were unable to use swimming pool or gym as they hadn’t processed access card prior to our visit. Our host asked them to give us access to the amenities but they refused. Reception staff then issued a temporary access card to use elevator to get to apartment - this stopped working as they had programmed it wrong. We were then unable to even get to the apartment that we had paid for via Air B & B. The whole episode was stressful, frustrating and unacceptable. Gramercy Property Team - get your act together or people will go elsewhere. On a more positive note, our host was lovely. Pity the same can’t be said for the Gramercy in-house staff. Would Not recommend! Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.
