Yes we enjoyed our stay since it is very accessible to pobla . The food around the area is also good

for one of the PH rooms, there was a problem with the door lock, you need to double check before leaving. good thing i was quick as i just needed to buy water from a nearby convenience store. room is spacious and clean, but although they do provide shampoo, small soap, and dental kit, they do not provide slippers. no table for study/work, the table on the side was used for mugs and kettle, and for mini refrigerator. i used the table under the tv instead. on the PH floor, there's a dedicated outdoor smoking area. Hotel has good location, close to many establishments around the poblacion area.

accidentally booked & paid the wrong date. i booked it on sept. 10 aroudf noon time, and the booking is for sept. 25. immediately after na book ko, i realized my mistake and tried to cancel. i messaged trip and messaged the hotel, & even emailed them, assuring them i will book on a later date and longer stay (because lesser nights din na book ko) . by 2am the nxt day i was emailed that the booking will be kept. even as i pleaded na malayo pa ang booking, more than 2 weeks pa ang na book. i wanted this for nov. 28 pa. i emailed Bm or Jo Lou(*********************************) and after replying to their question kung anong hotel and branch, di nagrereply for 5 days, til they said to email *********************************** instead for booking change requests. This time it wasnt signatured by Bm, instead Lee Hotels PH na. So i emailed them, 3 times, no response. pati sa trip app no response na din ang hotel. even trip confirmed that they tried their best to contact the hotel but hindi daw nag rerespond. So i decided nga to go nalang and spend the night there, but then nung monday Sept. 22, there were typhoon warnings, so i tried my hand again at free cancellation & refund. if not, rebook to a different date nalang. I talked to Alaiza P. from the hotel, and sabi to send flight cancellation details pa. girl, kahit di sya via flight, ang hirap pa din dumaan ng baha.. I replied but wala nang response. (see photos). Eventually, Dash P. from Trip chatted na they had multiple attempts to contact the hotel, but theyve been unable to reach them. Heads up nalang sa mga may concerns with this hotel, they dont entertain you talaga. Even though you decide to reject it, the least you could do is reply to the email na declined ang request ng customer diba? Sila wala, pa seenzone2x lang sila.

This hotel is located in the entertainment area of Makati. Clean rooms and toilets. Close to restaurants and bars. This hotel does not provide mineral bottles. The hotel is very good value for money.

I was surprised how huge the room is. We had a late check in. The room was so spacious and the staff were so kind. And room was clean! The bed and pillows are the best! It’s worth more than what you pay! I’ll definitely come back.
