Good located, but the sidewalks along the road are quite narrow, causing heavy traffic all day long.
The staff provided very goodt service. The restaurant at lobby floor was delicious.

I took my wife to the Roofdeck to celebrate her birthday. Ordered a couple of drinks, the sun was setting, and the view was beautiful. Almost ready to order food when the "Rap" music started with F this and F'n that, very loud. She wanted to leave. So we got a Grab and went to the mall and had dinner there.
You have to fetch your water in the hallway. But in the mornings, it's usually out. Mercury pharmacy is across the street. You can buy bottled water there. Be careful it's dangerous to cross.
Towels are old, grey, and too few. First night, we got 1 large towel and 1 hand towel. I asked the housekeeper why, and she said there's a shortage of towels. Showers have a little mold also.
There are 2 car lanes for taxis and cars to pick up and drop off in front, 1 lane is blocked off with orange cones for someone who must be VIP, their vehicle is always parked there, bottlenecking the driveway. They could easily park that car in the underground parking, but they don't.
Amenities like coffee, shampoo, conditioner, Lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, ect. are low grade. Like 2 star hotels have.
This could be a nice hotel, but it's certainly not a 5-star hotel. It's not even close to 4 stars. It's more like 3 to 3.5 stars, maybe.

The hotel has quite good service quality, friendly staff and quick support. However, breakfast is not really delicious and not diverse, need to improve more for a more complete experience.

Staff: Wonderful hotel with professional staff. My booking was originally a king size bed but I requested a twin. They did everything to met my needs.
After a long flight I wasn’t in my best mood and they did understand and deal with me with respect and understanding.
Room: simply wonderful as usual.. this is my fourth or fifth stay and I’M will be always my home in Manila.

Reservation and front desk personnel were courteous and accommodating. However, the room fell short of expectations. Housekeeping was requested for the second night several hours prior to arrival but was not executed. Room condition was substandard, with a noticeable stale odor.

The glasses and details were not very clean, and the hallway has a musty smell.
The location is quite convenient and quiet enough to rest.
