I had an excellent stay at this hotel. This has been my 2nd stay here and I didn’t bother to look for other hotels around the area since this hotel already exceeds my expectations. The security & staff at the hotel lobby are very nice and helpful. The room is also clean and very spacious. You can never go wrong with this hotel.

There's a nice bar on the rooftop with great views, and complimentary sauna access.
For the price, it's pretty good. There are convenience stores and pharmacies nearby, and it's close to some smaller malls. Plus, there's a dedicated driveway for drop-off and pick-up.

Just wanted to give some feedback, so many things went wrong. When I checked in at 12 PM, they gave me room 2303. I went up, but couldn't open the door for a while, so I had to go back down. After waiting for quite some time, they gave me another room, 2304. I noticed it was a twin room, and the beds were tiny, like 1 meter wide? If they were bigger, I would have just dealt with it since I was exhausted from traveling all day. But they were really too small for what I paid; I might as well have stayed at a regular guesthouse. If I asked the front desk to change rooms again, I'd have to go back down and wait at least 20 minutes. The front desk kept telling me to wait, even after I told them I booked a room with two large beds and showed them my reservation. They still made me wait, and wait, and wait. Then they told me to go back to my room and wait. I asked how long, it felt like forever. I even thought about trying to push the beds together. Anyway, I put up with all that, but then there was no hot water for my shower. I was naked, waiting for them to come and fix it for over 10 minutes. It's now 2:15 AM.
Also, there was no comb, no slippers, no shower cap, and no cotton swabs.

Do not be fooled by the 5-star rating. The hallways smell moldy, the walls are stained, and the rooms feel cheap with peeling wallpaper and loose vinyl flooring. The beds are uncomfortable, the TV doesn't work properly, and they don't even offer complimentary bottled water. The hotel pool is nice but the view is 1/10. The spa services which are included are a joke, there is a bunch of fully naked oldkorean dudes due to their no clothes policy in the jacuzzi.
Service was another major issue. The front desk staff appeared visibly irritated, offered fake smiles, and talked behind guests' backs whenever a request or complaint was made. I spent two frustrating hours trying to move to an acceptable room, and management completely ignored me until my booking agency had to step in.
Service is unhelpful and passive-aggressive. Staff ignored my requests for a clean, proper room for two hours until my booking agency intervened. The only upside is a flexible visitor policy and you can bring any visitors without questions asked, but that doesn't save the experience. Save yourself the headache and book the City Garden Grand Hotel across the street instead.

The front desk staff Joyce is so patient and smiles all the time. We warm and welcoming. Nash is super helpful and polite. Definitely be back again and will definitely recommend the hotel.

I love this hotel since you can go to the onsen spa as a hotel guest. It’s so clean and spacious. The pool is also unique design and we love it. There was a bathtub in the room as well. I had a 10 minutes complementary massage before going to Onsen last night. It was great. Thank you!
