The costumer service wasn't the best… clients weren't assisted with their luggage… no change of bedsheets daily as indicated… no fridge

I had a disappointing stay at this property. The room had many small cockroaches, which made it very uncomfortable. The shower head was broken, and the drainage in the shower room did not work properly, causing water to pool while showering. Additionally, the bed sheets and pillows had a strong unpleasant smell, which raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, the maintenance and housekeeping standards need significant improvement. I hope management takes action to address these issues.

Very convenient,still satisfied👍 Only, they don't have the initiative to clean the room and change our towels, understand for its price. The staff were kind and generous. Thank you and God bless.
