Dirty and mouldy carpet. Not good for travellers who have allergies. Also, the guard on duty took me 15 minutes to enter their parking area even though I presented my booking confirmation.

The hotel is located in the city, there are many restaurants and small shops nearby, the elevator is slow, the counter service is good, the room is large, and the breakfast is poor

To be honest, I always travel in Southeast Asia. Hotels in the Philippines are really not as good as hotels in other countries, but this one is okay even among hotels with the same price in Manila.

Very Good Experince - the rooms had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the service and assistance of Matt and Joanne who were at the front desk on Manday afternoon (25 March). Not to forget Buddy and all his K9 staff. All the staff were really helpful - Sorry we can’t remember all the Names.

It's close to the greenbelt, has good security, and the furniture and bedding are great. The convenience store is also on the first floor, so it's convenient. The city of Makati is clean and safe. The breakfast seems to be just rice.
